The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was nice and comfortable.

The door handle was difficult to get into the room. I had to call the front desk and they came down. They said I had to hold it up in order to get into the room. I had a handicap room and even with the shower curtain closed. There was water all over the room, which made it very dangerous for people who are handicap. Also, I had to call the front desk to find out where they are located because there are no real signs until you got right up to the property and then the sign looked as if it were like a 10 x 10 which is difficult to see.

Bare bones basic-but dirty towel left me suspicious of overall cleanliness.

It's a good location for a monthly trip I have to make.

A supposedly clean towel was stained, looked like it had not really been washed.

the room felt unclean and even for the lower cost was not worth the money!

the rooms were musty and smelled of smoke even though non smoking was requested. the smoke detectors were missing from the wall. furniture was worn and dirty. the bathroom hD what looked like blood on the wall. curtains were full of holes. cigarette burns on the comforter.

will Never book a room here again!!! they canceled my reservation because they overbooked and it took me 10 days to get

the property excepted my reservation took my money and then canceled my reservation due to being overbooked is what they claimed yet why did they take my reservations then. I was traveling with my elderly parents and grandson!!! I booked room a week in advance and they chose to let me know the day of my reservation they canceled it and so my family had no place to stay on our trip home from vacation

Better than sleeping on the streets, but that’s about it.

Friendly staff, good water pressure and air conditioner in rooms.

Poor signage, difficult to find from the road (even in daylight), room in need of repair (peeling paint/mold), no free coffee as advertised, hardest bed I ever tried to sleep in, totally false advertising regarding handicapped accessible rooms. Multiple were available and could be booked. I paid $30 more/night to have one on the first floor…got to property and was told they there was “really only one” and someone was coming in with a wheelchair and I couldn’t have it. Not acceptable.

bed, shower

AC unit temperature control would get hot and cold throughout the night. The exhaust fan is very loud and doesn't pull much steam from the shower out.
