Last minute booking otherwise I wouldnt book here if I plan well ahead

spacious room

Carpets were sticky and old. No one available at front desk most of the time. Breakfast ends too soon at 9 30. Even coffee is not available after that.

Nothing. It was the worst experience at a hotel we've ever had.

The hallway smelled like a combi action of urine, fish, and pot smoke. The room itself was not clean, and it smelled super strongly of some kind of cleaner. This makes me wonder what they were covering up. We moved the end table next to the bed and found mouse droppings. We were so glad to leave. Never again!

We left. I have never left a hotel before. We just couldn’t stay. It was too dirty and loud.

The fold out couches were dirty in 2 different rooms. We found drugs in one of them. There were piles of dirty linens in the hallways. The hallway trash containers were overflowing. There were scary people in the hallways.

Great staff, great locale, needs a good cleaning!

I have stayed here many times and the front desk and staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent for me.

This was the first time of many visits that I can say that the room and hotel were very dirty. The halls and lobby appeared to not have been vacuumed in days. My room was a mess. To be fair, they let me in early and may have rushed to get me in (thank you!), and once I called attention to the state of the room, they sent room-keeping up to clean it asap (again, thank you). My bathroom had mold all over the ceiling (some clearly painted over). I think the owner needs to do thorough run-through and clean the place up a bit. Otherwise, my stay was fine.

Excellent place to stay for a short period.

Great Location Place and Cheap price. Calm and quiet place, friendly and attentive staff. A little lack of cleanliness in the corridors but it can be handled better. The breakfast is not continental, it is only coffee and a snack, but the coffee is always on time in the morning.

Smell of food in the corridors and sometimes in the rooms.

Room was nice and clean. Desk person very nice and helpful.

You advertised breakfast but there was no breakfast. Very nasty packaged muffins do not count as breakfast. You should have a couple of fresh choices - yogurt, fruit, bread or bagels, etc. Or don't claim that you have breakfast. Also, there were no blankets. The heat was working fine, but my husband is disabled and needs extra blankets and the clerk did not have access to any.

I am happy that we got a handicap room and it was non-smoking. the room did not smell like stale smoke either.

I thought there was a pool, when i was searching for a hotel to stay that was in the requirements. I also checked the box to amke sure breakfast was included. There was not a breakfast.

The room was okay, because of COVID-19 nothing was open. The room was the only thing that was halfway decent.

Unacceptable for the price we paid.

We are elderly couple who have health issues and elevator was broken. we had to carry everything upstairs without assistance. This was a suite that didn’t have a coffee pot, ice or anything else in the kitchen area. Halls were noisy with sounds of dogs and smelled of cigarettes.

Wouldn't stay again.

The bathroom door wouldn't close. The lamp beside the couch was unplugged because the switch on it didn't work. The lamp on the desk had 2 plugs that didn't work. There was nothing in the room, as far as kitchenware, other than 2 coffee cups and a plastic spatula. No coffee machine, no coffee, no tea bags, no spoons, nothing. I had to ask for a coffee maker, which was no problem, but... really. The elevator was out of order and so was the restroom in the lobby.

The bed was decently comfortable. The staff were pleasant. The room was mostly clean and the fan worked.

My husband and I drove 3.5 hours to this hotel and when we got there the front desk lady was nasty. I had to use the bathroom and it was out of order, we were put on the 3rd floor and all of the elevators were out of order and the only parking was in the rear of the hotel. To check in you had to go through the front entrance, but since there was no open parking in the front of the hotel we had to walk through the parking lot because there is also no walkway around the building. The room did not have pots, pans, utensils, dishes or a coffee/tea maker which said they were included in the “amenities”. In addition it said breakfast was included. The only options they had were a few packets of oatmeal and maybe 12 granola bars under the lobby coffee nook. This hotel was nothing as advertised and a huge waste of money.

Find another place

As crappy as this place is at least the staff is friendly and helpful, although they could have told us at check in that we had to request all the cookware instead of letting us walk all the way up to the 3rd floor.

Place was too small and overcrowded with transient guests. The room was tiny. The elevator was out of service and we were on the 3rd floor.There was no cookware in the room we had to request it and a toaster and coffee maker. The room was obviously not inspected prior to our arrival as there was stuff left in the kitchen from the previous guest. Parking is horrible.

Nothing really

Except for a late check in hence all I wanted to do was sleep, this was a bad room. A tv stand with no stand, a single bar of soap, no shampoo, elevator was down and public bathroom was down. Wouldn’t consider going back.

Nice place

I liked the kitchen area in the room. Nice to have a stove.

There really in no WiFi. It is so slow and can’t do anything on it like check email or use internet application. If you want internet there you have to pay a high fee. They need to get with the times and provide decent WiFi service for free. The building was under some repairs and elevators not in use.

I didn't get the type of room I have already booked/reserved before getting there. I was with my family for the trip and we needed king size and was later changed to queen size on arrival
