Not great staff, not clean rooms, overall not that great.

the other guests staying were quite nice. And there’s a burger joint about a five minute walk away.

when I got there there was someone in the room I booked already. not to mention when we brought this to their attention they simply put him in another room and we went into the original room. They did not clean it nor were the amenities updated so the man had used a towel and the bathroom was dirty and there was mud on the bedsheets because he had gotten into the bed. the staff said there was nothing they could do about that. also the cleaning staff had been smoking cigarettes in the room while they were cleaning it. The smell was extremely bad and we had to air out the room when we got back before we could even enter. it was rediculous to say the least. and I was very dissatisfied.

NOTHING!!!

Noisy. People banging doors and the street noise is unbelievable. Dirty sheets. Took pictures. Smoke filled room. Making me sick. Found a cigarette butt in the toilet. These are supposed to be non0 Smoking rooms. I leaving and will sleep in my car if I have to. I will not be paying for this room. Unacceptable period

The price and the check in was quick.

Much better than expected

It was a very good price & the facility was much better than places I recently stayed at a higher price.

That corner has a lot of activity with the Nation's Giant Hamburgers on that corner, which is convenient if you want to get a burger, but at night it seems it's a hangout for motorcycle riders, as there is a lot of noise from loud motorcycle traffic. But after awhile I was able to just blocked it out. Other than that it was alright.

Basic, and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Staff was kind, check in was easy. They were insistent on providing fresh towels daily, even if we said we didn’t need them.

The area is very seedy. I didn’t feel safe walking around nearby. The room was dirty. Not that it wasn’t vacuumed before we arrived - but there were just stains on almost everything, including the ceiling, sheets, carpets, towels. The bed was uncomfortable, and the rooms are smallish. The parking lot is small, and made it difficult to maneuver, as well as find parking. We stayed here because it was the only reasonably priced place during a major festival in the area.
