Bad

Well to start when I went to check in my reservation was there but Jennifer Said I still had to pay in order to stay because the virtual card that was sent over from booking .com your website so I got charge twice especially when out of town on vacation and three hour drive and having to deal with checking in and still having to pay again for the same room twice not fun

Worst stay ever. I left. Rather than slept.

This hotel is not as advertised.

Not as advertised. Breakfast was just a grab & go cart w/ granola bars/packaged muffins & coffee/tea. Lobby check-in was not open 24/7; I almost didn't arrive in time. The halls smelled like dogs. My room smelled like incense (or pet carpet cleaner), and the room's refrigerator hummed all night. The room's kitchen was bare; you had to request dishes and cookware. They had no wine openers. The room wasn't cleaned when I left work for the day; apparently they only do it at check-in and check-out. I've stayed at many Extended Stays and this one was the worse. NO amenities, no gym etc. I'd be bored to death if I had to stay there for more than 2 days.

wouldnt recommend.

nothing at all it smelled like mildew throughout building, staff was never at frfont desk always gossiping in front smoking a cig.

they allow people with pets to stay there as well and during my visit me having no pets got bit by fleas and have had to bomb all my clothing belongings becuase of infestation.

Motel is a dump.

The location was close to the highway. Starbucks was within a short walk.

The kitchen area was dirty (microwave filthy, for example). The bathroom ceiling had mysterious stains, the bathtub needed scouring, the bathroom sink was clogged and GROSS. Overall, the room was desperately in need a a serious cleaning overhaul.

Highly Recommend! EXCEPTIONAL STAFF!!!!!

THE STAFF IS BEYOND AMAZING! KENDRA & BRITNEY ESPECIALLY! I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling solo, couples or families etc for everything from a one night stay to longer stays! I have have stayed at this Friendly Property for MANY NIGHTS...NOT just the ONE NIGHT that is reflected on this review. 😀

Old and wore out. Not clean. Carpets dirty.

Breakfast was minimal. There was no coffee pot, cups, hair dryer, etc.

Appliances would be nice. Not equipped at all.

Passable

It was convenient to the freeway exit and shopping. Bed was comfortable. Fridge was good size.

The amenities were bare bones. Only one thin blanket. You could hear noise from the upstairs room and from outside. The area felt unsafe. There was a homeless camp next to the hotel and the entry door had to stay locked because of that.

Cigarette smell and dirty rooms

Nothing

The whole place smelled like cigarettes and the room was musty. You could tell when people were smoking inside because it would go through the vents. There was hairs on the shower walls and stains on the bed sheets. Uncomfortable pillows and beds as well.

nothing was likable.

no coffee, no ice or ice tray, no pots and pans no fan in the bathroom and no maid services. trash were getting stinky.

The Location was great 👍🏻

As soon as you enter the room the smell hit you. It was like old grease. Spoke to the front desk clerk and she said she would have someone bring carpet freshener, never to be seen! The chairs where nasty, like they never clean them, and the water pressure in the shower sucks!
