Very nice, clean, comfortable, stay and worth the price which was very reasonable with all of the amenities.

The complementary dinner and breakfast as well as fountain drinks. Jacuzzi was nice. Friendly staff.

Susie at the front desk was amazing! Knowledgable, professional and considerate! Treated us like family. Please recognize her extraordinary service!

Well worth the cost, even with having renovations happening.

The meals were both great. The room was spotless.

We reserved a room with two queen beds; the beds were smaller than queen.

A cozy place to relax.

Staff were awesome in spite of noisy construction at hotel.

Close to Hancocks and convenient to most places

They are under construction. So much noise and kitchen/breakfast split up; food in one area and seating in another.

Not hospitable, construction crew was friendly though.

The construction crew foreman was very friendly. Delayed from Nashville traffic and 2 minutes late from dinner so no exceptions.

Front desk could have moved us higher up so the construction noise wouldn't disturb our stay on the 2nd floor. Employee doing trash would block entrance and cut before guest's multiple times with elevator.

Horrible experience.

Hotel under construction. Lobby not open. Parking lot not accessible. High price for room. Mainly construction workers staying in hotel, which is fine but feel price was high because getting rooms rented because of workers staying there. Should have been told Hotel under construction. Charged $50 over what we signed for. No military discount given because front desk person could not figure out how to do.

Great, will be back.

The happy hour food and drink was wonderful and way more than we had expected. The manager at the desk was super friendly and attentive to anything we may have needed.

Very good location. The room was comfortable but does need some updating. We could not really take advantage of the evening dinner because a tour bus was there and a huge crowd was monopolizing the area.

Narrow room, drab color scheme, worn and dirty looking carpeting, a toilet height for "we" people, very dirty and littered surroundings.
