It was convenient to where we wanted to be
Things were broken everywhere-blind slats broke, cabinets coming off the walls, dirty toilet water, outlet in bathroom did not work.

The faucet to the shower did not work right. Either the water was dangerously hot or very cold. Told front desk and they said someone would take a look at it. Never did. Bed was bad. It was a mattress on a metal platform. The bed would slide across the frame. The blinds in the window were worthless. They did little to block lights from the parking lot. The wifi was horrible when it worked. Glad I had Hotspot. Would never stay there again.
The whole experience

Nothing! This place was disgusting and so scary, after I checked in and saw the room, I checked right back out and left!
It was DISGUSTING!!! As soon as I walked into the hallway, I could have gotten a contact high from the pot smoke. The elevator should have really tipped me off that this place was sketchy! It was very dirty and old looking. When I got to the room, the door was wooden and had chips out of it by the handle like someone tried to break in to it before. Inside the room was super small and reminded me of a prison cell, only with a random frige and cook top (which was dirty) There was something at the bottom of the toilet and the bathtub was also dirty. It was so sketchy that I wouldn’t even touch the bed, let alone lay in it. The clientele was also very questionable and I was by myself, so I made the decision to immediately leave and find a nicer/safer hotel. It might be cheap, but trust me, pay the extra money and stay somewhere else!

It was clean and comfy

Absolutely not a dam thing! Its smelled like urine, junkies EVERYWHERE inside and out. Mentally ill people walking the halls all hours of the night. Prison is safer and cleaner than this filthy locations
I Hated EVERYTHING, BED BUGS, dirty towels, no housekeeping, old furniture, wore out mattress, leaky toilet, after 5pm no one at front desk, dog urine in elevator. Its a total health hazard that staff, corporate and guest just IGNORES! I'm waiting on CORPORATE to contact me to right this disgusting wrong. Its been 12 days still no response.

They just have a good location
Very dirty place. No housekeeping. The manager told me to my face I am responsible to care for my room or I can as well leave if I don't think they meet their expectations. I left without regrets. Waste of money. Lots of homeless people hovering around the premises. You can't feel secure and safe if returning at night

Stuff in the morning is great. And was happy how fast the maintenance came and fixed our heater problem when we first checked in.
Wasn't happy about how dirty our room was or the fact that we didn't have towels. Was very disappointed with our room this time. And was unhappy about the fact that we ran out of toilet paper at 7p.m. went and ask for more to be told he couldn't get us more until morning.

Price
Woke up to a roach crawling on the wall. They demanded a copy of the id of every adult staying in the room it was myself my wife and kids. Seemed very odd. Terrible smell of pot smoke in the hallway. I stay in motels weekly for work and have never experienced anything like this would not recommend.

location was good. Facility was very utilitarian which is not bad. Bed and pillows were old and run down. I would focus more on the bathrooms and bed.
The bathrooms were grimy and there were sketchy clientele in the overly dark parking lot.

The room was nasty. The floor had dirt everywhere - not clean at all. Looked nothing like the photos online. Smelled of marijuana down the entire hallway. People hanging around the entryway smoking. Burn marks on the toilet seat. Filthy. If I wouldn’t have lost the first nights stay, I would’ve left and found another place!!!!!

The front desk was helpful in finding a good deal and helping me arrange my next stay. They answered all my questions concerning my visit and coming back!
Nothing! Everything was better than great!

I know this hotel had a 2-star rating, but that should be corrected. Is it the Ritz? No, but the staff was very helpful and polite. They added an extra day at the same cost as the third-party booking site. When my key on the second day quit working because the added day was on a completely different reservation made me aware their security for room keys was spot on. They fixed it promptly and were very nice about it. The staff was seen cleaning the floors and was also very courteous. They even offered to help me with the full hands of stuff I was carrying. The reason I chose this hotel was that it was pet friendly. I never go anywhere without my dog. They had an area where the pets could do their business outside of the front entry. The floors were not carpet, so putting a water bowl down and some food in a bowl on the floor was not an issue. The AC was cold. The TV worked. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and they even provided soap and shampoo. Yes, they do not do regular linen service daily. The room was not exceptionally big. They didn't have fancy furniture, but it can't be beaten for the price and the quality of stay. They also had a full-sized fridge, cooking stove, working kitchen sink, and a microwave oven! I think this place has gotten a bit of a bad review in the past. Plus, I could bring my pet. I also didn't hear any of the other pets while staying but noticed several while there. Yes, there weren't many fancy cars in the parking lot, nor was there a pool or some comfy indoor lobby area, but that wasn't why I was staying there. Anyway, if you are on a budget, want a great place to stay, and are not expecting a 5-star hotel, this is your place. I plan on making several trips back to this location and hope the prices hold in the future.
The outdoor trash can was pretty full on Sunday upon departure. Maybe it was because they didn't take it out that day.
