Nice breakfast, but other guests here lack good manners

Breakfast and sun room, nice staff, excellent shower, TV channel selection, radio, Keurig, and phone, plenty of parking, proximity to freeway and restaurants and ease of maneuvering in parking lot, business computer to print out directions/boarding passes

Hot water dispenser was broken (for making tea); lime-green walls, no Gidean's Bible in drawers, loud barking in the hallway, loud talking in neighboring rooms and loud music in room next door after 10 pm.

Poor standards of cleanliness

Front Desk staff was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond! Comfy bed.

Had to switch rooms due to horrendous smell in the room I booked. Front desk was very helpful and understanding. The cleanliness in the room and the hotel though was subpar! The corridors have probably not been vacuumed in a very long time. Bathroom and floors were dirty, floors and furniture had severe wear and tear even though the interior looks new and modern. The toilet in my room was disgusting! There are some questionable guests staying at this hotel who behave like savages.

They sold our room to someone else even though we were confirmed. We stayed somewhere else because they didn’t have a room for us.

Not the cleanest hotel only stay here if you want to smoke in your room!

THE POOL WAS THE BEST AMENITY!

The was little trash on the carpet! There was a bagel in the cabinet. The was a use towel on the sink. The couch was 2 couches put together and smelled like pee. There was smoke spot everywhere! That is the only reason I stayed. You can smoke in your room with no problem. So I brought my clean proxy and vacuum to clean it up. I put a blanket over the couch and Febreze it for a better smell!

Nice comfortable stay with a good location and a great breakfast.

Location, staff, breakfast and the bed was comfortable. Decor was good and the bathroom tile was nice.

The only thing I didn’t like is that a bit more dusting could’ve been done before I checked in.

Overall I enjoyed my stay

Very clean

The adjoining room. I was a little uncomfortable with a door leading directly into the adjacent room eve though they couldn’t open door to my room with out me opening door from my side.

I would go back

Bed was comfortable. Fitness center was great.

Breakfast had great options, but by 8:30 a lot of it was gone. The shower curtain had shave cream and whiskers on it from the previous people.

It was a decent stay. Might give it another try not sure yet

Everything but the gravy was good.

There were kids running up and down the hallways all hours being loud and fire alarm went off unnecessarily I guess around 5 the morning we were due to leave so we just went ahead and got dressed and checked out. Our room keys kept not working as well.everytime they activated one fir us it deactivated our other key so we had to share one room key.

TV didn’t work because it was raining. That is a terrible excuse. One of the ladies working the breakfast was rather rude. You had run out of eggs, she got very rude.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was lacking. Key card didn't charge properly the first time. I had to return to the desk to have it redone.

very up to date and modern Bed was firm like we like. Very nice shower. plenty of seating at breakfast

we stayed two nights but housekeeping didn’t make the bed. They replenished the towels and toiletries as needed but I expected the person to make the bed. sheets no problem

The location was convenient since we had a medical appointment in St. Louis. The breakfast was very good! Room was very clean.
