Good hotel for a couple of days.

Well located close to 95 with good parking. Has a decent restaurant and bar.

Bar noisy at night because of events open to outside.

I couldn't wait to get out of this hotel!

Absolutely NOTHING!

It was dirty! I didn't have a bathroom door. I didnt have an iron or an ironing board. A nightclub being more of a priority than the guests. Loud music all night. The pic of the pool shown is not what the pool looks like at all!

They can (and should) get better

Second time here, this time after Noma fully took over. Did not run into unnecessary charges like last time. Beds still the same, very comfortable and rooms very clean.

Room Wi-Fi needs an upgrade and the swimming pool is only open on weekends which it’s kind of a bummer considering these are hot summer days

Nice but could even be better

I was there during the change over from Radisson and Noma so something happened with my CC and wasn't properly registered by the hotel. For that reason the waitress at the bar (different management) was very rude but the hotel staff was very apologetic and nice to me, I appreciated that for sure. Rooms are very clean and beds very comfortable.

Wifi in common areas is good but in the rooms is a bit too weak. When checking in, instead of authorising an amount, I was charged the whole amount (that was already paid for by a family member) and refunded straight away as a method of checking the validity of my CC. However by doing so, I lost nearly $40 in currency exchange and CC charges which I thought was totally unnecessary

Not a bad hotel

Facilities were nice and the location was good

As a guest with parking, on a Friday and Thursday night with salsa in the restaurant, parking was horrendous as non guests who csme to the restaurant took up many of the spots so you either had to drive across the road to park (which was only stated by front desk when you complained) or sit and wait until someone leaves in order to get to park to go to your room. Should be designated spots just for hotel guests only displaying the parking decal.

Despite the complaints, our stay was pleasant. Friendly staff. We will recommend it to someone else.

We didn't have breakfast, too costly. The beds were rather small, we were expecting queen size beds, that made our sleep uncomfortable, nevertheless the bed in itself was comfortable.

The Air Conditions were very noisy. Swollen damaged bathroom door, so the door was not closing properly. The beds were too small for two persons. The pool was closed, we didn't realize that it only opens on Saturday and Sunday. That was unfortunate.

Very good

Housekeeping was good. The room was spacious with comfortable.bed. View from sixth floor was good. Microwave was provided on request. Coffee/ tea supplies were vood

. Luggage handling poor no bell captain. Front desk had a recording response and did not return calls. Wifi in room was poor; cuts off very frequently which destroys conversation while talking.... No ventilation in bathroom (no fan).

disappointing and shady practices

The property was well-kept, pleasant and clean, rooms were nice.

I didn’t like the fact. that I was charged EXTRA taxes and fees at the end of my stay. When booking, ALL TAXES & FEES were said to be included. Adding extra frees & taxes per day without making it clear at check-in that this was going to be done was SNEAKY & DISHONEST. This should have been made clear when checking in and also on the website that we booked on. Also, the receptionist attitude was giving shadiness and the, “we got you”face and “there’s nothing you can do about it” look that didn’t help. thought this place would be a go to place, but not so much anymore.

Overall stay was okay as it was convenient for my wedding location.

The King Size bed was very comfortable

Booked the room for my Wedding Day. The hallway carpet was a little ugly. The bathroom was small. I asked for a wake up call for 8:30am but didn’t get one until 11:30am. Had to call twice for extra wash clothes. Needed a few extra chairs and couldn’t receive any.

I liked location ..cleaniness..

Didn't like when housekeeper used her key trying to open door without knocking .. unbelievable.. It was 10.40 on checkout day....Couldn't she wait till 11am..or even have the decency to knock.????. Had my inside latch on.. Saved me from an embarrassing situation.

fair price but overall experience worse than those 1930 built hotels(at least they are renovated well)in Manhattan.

Staffs are nice and professional. Wi-Fi is good.

No hair dryer in the shower. Extremely out dated facility. I booked this hotel cuz it’s a four star hotel on Booking.com. It’s such an bad experience I thought it was a two star motel. They could not even print out third party reservation receipt(I was just astonished when I was told lol). Carpet looked dirty. Very small bathroom. Everything was so old in the room it’s almost like they were from a thriller. If I were ever in town again, would rather go to other chain hotels.

strangely, the restaurant and bar turn out exceptional food and cocktails!!!!!

I wish the bedding was cotton!! whatever it’s made of makes me sweaty and uncomfortable.
