It was a bed to sleep in at a cheap price.

Breakfast was poor. Yogurt cups and cereal cups.

Dirty. Found love cockroaches on the bathroom. Room smelled like smoke and wasn’t another adequate room available to switch to.

Everything was nice and eating the room. No bugs no mold very clean mattresses.

You turn on the AC it smells like complete smoke. We had a drug dealer on each side of the building and their roommates it was beside both rooms and we were the in-between room contact high immediately

price and location to final destination

There was mold on the sheets under the mattress, used tissues on the tv stand, smell, poor lighting to room, shady. felt very unsafe. we didn’t stay

The room was exactly as advertised. We have stayed at this location before and enjoy returning to the same location.

Limited breakfast "bar" and no pre-packaged coffee in the room. The coffee maker was in the room, but nothing else.

Housekeeping will take your valuables

The cleaning person stole my headphones and didn't think I knew about it. He looked like he done something wrong when I was pulling up to the room. This is the main reason I why I don't like housekeeping cleaning my room.

I liked the fact the rooms were clean and comfortable the bed is the best part. I liked the location as well it was safe and quiet.

I didn’t like the fact the rooms didn’t have any type of privacy. the room that was assigned to me and my gf was not double curtained. however we had a few issues while staying there. Housekeeping walked in our room twice one time being our first night there and we was checking out the next morning we were already packing our car and someone walked in our room while we was out in the parking lot packing still having our belongings in there. nobody respected our privacy while being there! Second time we came back it was only 9am and housekeeping was knocking at our door however we knew check out was at 11am we just had woke up and when they knocked on the door we told them we didn’t need housekeeping and they tried walking thru the door. super glad we had our latch on if not they would have walked in on me and my gf lying in bed. then there was another incident the room we was in has a mirror by the bed by the curtains and window you can see straight thru our room we didn’t realize until that morning because we came that night from work but my gf was changing in there and man that was housekeeping kept looking thru our window and they kept coming to our door continuously! I’ll rather not ever stay here anymore. THEY DONT RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY at all!!! AND HOUSEKEEPING RUSHES YOU OUT YOUR ROOM BY 9am!!!

awful experience. probably would not stay there again.

not much about the hotel... other than great location.

customer service was awful, rude, and very unprofessional...we asked for an extra pillow and were told "no", did not receive ANY housekeeping while we were there.. and we were put in a room right next to VERY LOUD CONSTRUCTION...woke up to early every morning. had to ask for extra towels because we ran out. not a very pleasant stay.

Very Nice & we will be back here for my Next Appointment. Great staff & Beds, & Breakfast buffet

the staff was wonderful, beds very comfortable. Free Breakfast buffet was included & has heated Indoor pool.This was actually the 3rd time we’ve stayed here, coming for surgery- Not far from MUSC. I will be staying here next time as well 👍😊

my fridge did work, nor Alarm clock. other than that, it was a Great stay.

No coffee machine in room. It was explicitly stared in booking.com information that there is coffee machine in room. Front desk says it is due to covid. But it was stated in the contract as part of facilities, thus my decision to book this hotel.

I called before we headed that way from TN. I asked if the pool was open. The guy that answered was rude. When we get there, there is construction going on, the our bathtub had hair in it. There was no hot water the entire stat. Then when we went to go swimming the pool was disgusting.. I would not recommend this place and will not be back
