spacious one-bedroom suite with very comfortable bed. Very pretty central courtyard, Excellent location for easy access to town and/or freeway
The only Hyatt House with no elevator! Took some on-the-spot effort to secure a groundfloor room - make sure to request ahead if you need that! Refrigerator icemaker never worked; room shade had a broken bracket. Not enough tables and chairs for very crowded continental breakfast (which was OK but not exceptional). Very fortunately the weather was pleasant enough to eat breakfast on a patio table outside. Nice sized swimming pool, but way too many leaves. Landscaping in courtyard nice but old and rough - needs updating and more color

This was our second time staying at this hotel very nice and clean. We feel at home. Very nice and professional staff through out the hotel.
I didn’t like the fact that there was no room service until I called for clean towels on my fourth day.

The staff I encountered were amazing! They were friendly and respectful! Check in was swift and easy. The beautiful young lady, at the counter, had a calm and patient voice! I felt very welcomed! She was kind enough to get me a downstairs suite! (I am handicapped) She explained how to get to my suite and when breakfast was served.
Upon check out time, another beautiful young lady greeted me. She too had such a soft and respectful voice. She had an unusual name! This young lady pursued me out of the office to give me a card. I had mistakenly given her my clipper card. I was truly grateful!
The suite itself was very beautiful and clean!
I couldn't get the thermostat to push out heat. I did inform the front desk upon my departure!

The hotel service was okay !!! The TV reception was poor. I call for room service they took hours at least 7 hours, just to bring my family and me some towels. As a guest African-American that racial discrimination towards my nieces had experienced by others guess " white people ".
Racial discrimination the service for room calling took for hours to bring some towels I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to that hotel the TV didn't have no reception the carpet was filthy I rate the hotel # 3

Great location central our two son homes
It rained the entire time we were there. The property had many unavoidable low spots in the pathways where water puddled. One morning, an hour after having the free breakfast, my stomach started hurting and I threw up everything I had eaten. I could eat anything for the rest of the day and the next.

Lovely large rooms, scenery, and staff.
There was sandbags below our stairs to room. No other room had sandbags. I u dersta.nd their necessity. But perhaps our room could've been moved. It looked like homeless people lived there. Most unsightly. Made me feel uneasy. I expected better from a hotel that was this.nice. should've had some yummy muffins or croissants, or English muffins with breakfast. And berries, even if had been previously frozen. Lacked the "fresh" aspect. Also some eating apples. The green apples are for cooking. I bet not many people eat your green ones. Yes, breakfast was a disappointment.

Convenient location, quiet and pretty close to 101 at the same time. Room was pretty clean, except of carpet which is never clean in American hotels. Decent Wi-Fi connection, good speed and strong signal.
In the room the fridge was grossly loud. Bathroom doors’ design is the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Simply impossible to close the door. I wish they just installed a handle on every bathroom door.
Breakfast is pretty bad, coffee is disgusting. “Business” computers are really outdated, running WinXP, simply dangerous to use. Printing services unavailable, had to ask staff to print one page for me on their private printer. When checking out, asked staff to send me a detailed copy of receipt. then asked twice via booking.com messages. Then called Booking.com so they can ask hotel to send me a receipt. No result. Charge extra $10 a day for parking, even though they have a plenty of parking around the buildings, so ugly and greedy.
