Overall the place was OK.... restaurant a little subpar but overall OK. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

The reason for my less than stellar rating has to do with the airport shuttle. They picked me up at the airport and took me to the hotel just fine. But upon arrival I asked for a ride back the following morning. I was told that they leave only on the hour, (understandable). But the driver for the next morning called out and they couldn't give me a ride until we'd be pushing the 2 hour limits. A taxi was suggested and that all worked out but it meant an additional $50 cost. This negated the total hotel value.

Extremely Poor Customer Service, broken and missing amenities.

Good location in Sterling, VA, close to everything.

(1) The AC wasn’t working the first night so it was too hot to sleep. (2) One of the elevators clanks at every floor like it’s about to break. (3) There wasn’t enough toilet paper and no soap at the bathroom sink. The room phone had no obvious way to call the front desk. When I called an external Hyatt representative, they connected me to the front desk, and the person did not have any soap and said she would not bring the toilet paper up. I explained we were in our pajamas, and then she brought one roll up. (4) No one was at the front desk when we needed to check out. Finally a cleaning person came by and went to find someone, but it took them several more minutes to slowly arrive at the front desk.

I think for what I paid I could have a got a better hotel with better service.

The third party who I booked with advertised 24 hour shuttle when I arrived at 23:10 they said that it only runs until 23:00 very disappointed.I had to call Uber at an extra cost.Definitely didn’t meet my expectations.

Good Service

Nice hotel, good service, rooms are very beautiful. Good Airport shuttle with a very helpful driver, he went above and beyond to make the guests happy. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options.

The airport shuttle stops at 10:30 and my daughters plane was delayed so I had to use Uber/washington flyer.

The food was good.but when they say quiet time it needs to be just that after hrs I heard children running in the halls an I came for some quiet time with my husband.

very disappointed for $200 a night.

not much. I wish I would have went somewhere else.

when I walked in the door I had to wait 20 mins to get checked in. after getting checked in went to the room to the bed not even made and it looked like no one had cleaned the room from the previous people that stayed there. the refrigerator didn’t even work so couldn’t keep my food or drinks cold had to go get ice and that took another 10 mins to find as it’s only on the 2nd and fourth floors. very disappointed with this hotel and it was not worth my money at all.

Good

The heater wasn’t properly working fine and the room keeps getting cold, I try to switched it go back to heat but it keeps going back to Norma for some reason, I stayed one night I was feeling cold whole night honestly.
