Location and fridge
I am allergic to animals. There were 2 dogs in lobby when we checked in which concerned me. I specifically asked if our room was PetFree and was told it was. Well within 5 minutes of being in room - I started sneezing & eyes itching. Had a horrible nights sleep. There was pet hair on floor & I presume on bed because of allergy reaction. I realize folks feel that their dogs are people too - but they aren't. Some people are really allergic.

Good👌
I noticed the room had cock roaches, wasn’t pleasant very unsanitary, in bathroom and kitchen cooking area.

The staff changed my room when I requested a lower floor.
The elevator was out so guests were required to use the stairs. And it looked like it had been out for a while. This was not communicated before the stay.
The room was spacious but the bathroom seemed very dated. The latch on the door was broken off and much of the paint was chipped away

It was a regular extended stay but the reason I gave this review is because of the staff. I was coming from Los Angeles and I was arriving a bit early, when I called one of the staff I think her name was Catherine she allowed me to check in early. She originally told me she couldn’t guarantee but she would call me back and she did to confirm I was able to and she left my information at the front desk since she was going home. I really appreciated that because most hotels will not allow you to check in early no matter what and are rude about it. The staff were very nice and it was a seemless check in after a long drive from Los Angeles. Whenever I come back next year for 49er games, I will be staying here everytime just based on the rapor I have with the staff. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and hospitality that’s something that is uncommon in this world now a days. Although the room was very small this will be my go to hotel in the Bay because of the staff. They made it very comfortable so the little flaws of the room are minute. Thank you again guys!! See you next season!!
The only complaint I have is that the room was small. That room did not need to have two beds it should of only had one. We were bumping our legs on the bed trying to get through to use the bathroom lol

it was easily accessible to freeways airport etc.
there was a smell in the lobby areas, you could tell they “cleaned” my room because it smelled like bleach but the tub/shower was dingy and there were cockroaches in my bathroom.

The staff make this place great! They make you feel like family.

Staff inattentive. Rooms on each side had unruly guests making lots of noise, shouting, kids playing in hallway. Doors slamming all night.

The manager, Gina, was very helpful and accommodating. I had an issue with people above me making too much noise and she helped secure another room for me.
Kids too noisy

It was close to the airport
The hallways were dirty. The room was filthy, hair in bathroom, dirt in the corners. There is no way two people could have slept in the bed with the big divot in the middle. Had to wait for 15 minutes for a staff person to show up to check me in. Will never go back

Bed and couch were comfortable. Shower was not counter intuitive.
No one comes to clean your room.

the front desk agent. she was nice. It’s location to the airport. that’s all.
the place is legit a converted long term living place. many obvious people that live there. the room we got smelled like very strong chemicals. wasn’t a double queen room like I booked. instead a pull out bed. bath tub hand a huge tear in in. didn’t feel welcoming. very loud people going in and out their rooms all night.

it was a pretty good location, and the rooms were bigger than I thought and comfy
the staff was just not it
