An unforgettable stay with n ESA LA Torrance Del Amo.

All I thought ESA are all wonderful like that in Livermore but then this location in LA Torrance Del Amo was disappointing.

My lamp shade wasn’t working, when I called, the girl said to find somebody to come fix it but no one came at all and even until in the morning. When I am using the microwave, it isn’t working too. So I did not wait for breakfast to come by 6am, by 5:50am I hurriedly left the place. Coz the floor towards the bed was not clean and filthy.

We had to change rooms, because the dog urine was So strong, it was making us sick

Nothing! The hotel wreaked of dog urine

I did not realize this was a dog friendly hotel! Dogs everywhere, & barking when you walked by the hallway, on the elevators, etc. The Worst experience of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The website, says breakfast included1 but there was no breakfast. Only muffins & coffee, & a man with a shopping bag, was taking all the muffins, leaving none for anyone else ! I reported him to the front desk clerk

Will not go back.

Was in good location and the staff was friendly

Room was dirty. Human hair on the sheets. Also the bathroom towels were stained. Floors looked like they were not swept. Kitchen was decent.

Very very bad unsafe and disgusting

Nothing i really want my money back it was disgusting it had rust the outlets looked burnt and they were loose the lamps shades were dusty and the fire alarm was hanging off the wall…

Nothing i really want my money back it was disgusting it had rust the outlets looked burnt and they were loose the lamps shades were dusty and the fire alarm was hanging off the wall… the toilet was disgusting and the fridge was absolutely filled with rust so was the bathtub…. I would have changed locations if it wasn’t so late when I got in we came from Arizona and my kids we’re exhausted

Great customer service!

Excellent hotel with excellent location. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ms. Janice, she is really kind and willing to attend any request. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Ms. Janice!

There are other accomodations nearby for better value and comfort.

Conveniently located near numerous restaurants and shopping centers, and less than 10 minute drive to the beach.

This property may look fine from the outside, but interior condition is in need of updating. The HVAC seem to be in poor condition with musty odor throughout the hallways and the guest room. Bathroom is dated and in need of renovation. Linens and towels didn't feel all that clean and worn out.

a Nothing except for the one staff member that was real nice the day I arrived she explained to me that she was changing me for two nights only and not for three nights because it was 1pm when i arrived then she looked on her computer and thay had taken out the first night already she said she would tell her boss in the morning and see what she could do I told her I called twice and told them ide be arriving around 1pm or 2pm because there was a big accident on the freeway so that socks big time

Breakfast socks big time the muffins thay give you are hard and not tasty there horrible the coffee is cold and when you tell them thay got an attude about it thay answer you with a smirk like the room has roaches we found two in the bathroom and on the bed the attendance are rude thay anser you because thay have to man these hotel charges you an arm and a leg but it's not worth it it needs improvement badly if I knew it was going to be like this ide never stay here again

Very disappointing.

Breakfast was terrible. One kind of coffee and one kind of muffin.

No coffee machine in room. No hair dryer. No water on vending machine. Decor looked like a prison.

Deplorable location

The hotel had bed bugs, I got asked for crack cocaine while at the residence, elevators were broken, my door was broken and the key wouldn’t work. I absolutely need a refund and have emailed the property, to no avail.
