Comfortable but don’t walk barefoot

Location , size of room, the beds were very comfortable.

The floor in our room was so dirty. If I walked barefoot they turned black.

I would definitely stay here again due to the cleanliness,helpful staff and amenities.

Loved the evening happy hour! Breakfast was very good, too. Room was large, comfortable and very clean.

At times I could hear people next door or in hallway.

Wouldn’t stay here again

I personally visited the property before making a reservation. Prior to disclosing my use of Booking.com, I was assured third-floor accommodations away from the main road. However, subsequent to booking, sudden availability changes led to an offer for a subpar second-floor room. The aging, loud heating unit emitted an unpleasant odor, and neglected maintenance was evident in dust accumulation. Expected street noise worsened due to thin walls and poor insulation. Additionally, cleanliness issues included moldy spots on the coffee mugs and hairs on the shower walls. While the establishment may suggest that issues should be reported during the stay for timely resolution, it's unreasonable to expect guests to address fundamental problems like a decades-old malfunctioning heating unit or every minute maintenance oversight, especially late at night. After hours of travel, additional interactions become undesirable, and standard procedures like room changes are impractical.

The beds were comfortable, but tall for shorter people. The breakfast was good. We were thankful for good air conditioning.

Best stay ever!

Was bight and clean. Loved the pillows! If you can tell what brand they are that would be great! Everything was grand! Lots of kids n folks at pool when we passed it on way to room. Concerned it would be a noisey night but it was quiet in room even though it overlooked to pool. The shower was tge best ever! Was a great stay, great rest.

The A/C was noisy and constantly going on and off. TP holder was dangling at a 45 degree angle. The shower head had too much pressure (it hurt).

Perfect 10

Very clean from outside to inside, just spotless. Bedroom were so nice and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was just delicious loved everything we got, eggs potatoes sausages and muffins to the orange juice and coffee was great. Will stay here again next year when my granddaughter has a competition again. Perfect 10

Good bed, quiet room, pretty good staff

Spotty WiFi, cheap toilet paper, shower design requires you to stand under the shower to turn on the water which is, of course, cold.

Comfortable place to stay.

Breakfast was fantastic! Real bacon, not the skinny dried up type. Real scrambled eggs! And the choices! Excellent!!

The pool is too small. There were a lot of people in it on Saturday night, so I couldn’t enjoy it. However I was able to get a late check out and enjoy it in the morning while all the weekend guests were leaving.

Oxford Suites Redding made our visit amazing!

Recently renovated. They have have high cleaning standards. Love that. The entire staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Great breakfast!

I forgot my face wash at home. I used the soap the hotel provided and had an allergic reaction. Did not have ingredients on the bottle.

Hot breakfast , loved the complimentary drink and airport shuttle. Appreciated the cot being set up and rooms close together as requested

The stay was pleasant, I was accommodated with my requests and the stay was enjoyable.

Upon arrival it was awesome to be greeted and offered cookies, as well as an early check in.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The elevator did take along time it was slow. Can’t really control that though.
