The location is a good location. The price is reasonable for that market. The property was not unclean -- so fair!. The parking lot is safe, well lit. Staff, although minimal, are okay. It is a bare bones operation, it is a bare bones facility with a coat of paint and a mop.
The hallways and room were reasonably clean. They had been vacuumed, they were not dirty.
Basics in terms of attention to detail was missing: No toilet paper, nothing (i mean nothing) in the bathroom or the cabinets in an extended stay "suites" place -- not even a paper cup to drink water out of the tap, a coffeemaker, or a bottle of water that can be purchased in Kroger for $2.99 for 12.
Not having toilet paper in the bathroom on the evening I checked in was not a good sign. No lotion, there was one bar of soap.
The property could use some TLC -- the kitchen stove range was old -- thank god I did not have to use it. I guess they will rent you or give you cups and pans if you went and asked downstairs. I did not care, I was there only to sleep two nights.

Leah at the front desk was AH.MAZ.ING! We wanted to take her home with us. She made our stay so enjoyable and was super accommodating, especially when I realized I had booked the wrong type of room. Keep her! Pay her whatever she wants!!
A little run down.

Nice location and a lot of parking
Really dirty place. Sink is clogged. Kitchen is in poor condition. The room had really bad smell from cigarettes, either somebody was smoking inside our room, or somewhere else and the smell transferred.

Broken card machine. Took over an hr to get checked in. All checking issues were first relegated back to me having to call booking.com to get a resolution. When their sit clearly stated the location was the go to for resolution. No courtesy credit or service offrf.

cleanliness and location
the lighting in all rooms including bathroom light was too dark. the bed was the worst I ever slept on in my life. I could have slept on the floor , the mattress was so bad lumpy and could not whole the weight of a person . this was my very first stay at an extended stay and I was very disappointed about those 2 things

Great value and friendly staff. The room and common areas were clean.
I would have appreciated stronger water pressure and the room had a unique scent which was not in the hallway. The unique scent was tolerable for my stay.

The location is nice.
It felt a little like I was staying at some sort of homeless shelter. I don't quite understand how the place works, if there are city discounts for itinerate people. I didn't feel safe to do laundry in the basement. I really didn't like that there were extra charges to get items for the kitchenette. Afterwards, I realized I could have stayed a more normal hotel for less money and I could have had airport transportation to the hotel.

Amazing location! Kitchen was exceptional and the hotel staff were beyond accommodating! Loved the location! The friendliness of the staff. The laundry area with amazing snacks to purchase was a plus. Incredibly clean. My allergies are horrible and to not sneeze with carpet means this facility is doing something right..:) not enough space to compliment this hotel. Ahh-mazing!!
Nothing! It was perfect.

Location and the facility for cooking
Card key had issues several times for no fault of mine.
Pets created unpleasant atmosphere
Pets made the surrounding dirty and it was not cleaned up!
Staff could have been a little more friendly.

Breakfast was ok but nothing to brag about or write home about
It was clean & comfortable. A little over priced. But it’s the height of the tourist season

Breakfast was pretty sad. Not up to par with previous stays. Only one restaurant near facility. Not open mondays. Only open 7a to 3p other days. No other availability of meals. No housekeeping unless you stay more than 14 day’s. TV remote not working. Took three remotes before finding one that worked
No food options, no advanced warning.

location
it smelled like cigarette smoke in my room and in the hallways I thought it was supposed to be smoke free inside. Did management change? I stayed here several times and it didn’t smell like that. My last two stays it smells like stale cigarettes. Management is not checking the floors. i stayed on different floors and they all smell like this is not good.
