I booked thru booking.com and your staff does not know how to use the booking voucher. They charged me twice and I am waiting for booking.com and the hotel to sort it out. In the meantime I'm charged twice

Interent was spotty and first time I had to pay for better which only lasted a few hours. Shower water was lukewarm. The fridge in the corner had the door open the wrong way and the bathtub had stains

The bathroom and outside of the refrigerator with mold and the bed is super hard.

The Bed was comfortable.

The stove looked horrible. There was a very dingy looking wash cloth folded with the clean white ones. The neighbors were loud and rowdy from 7:3oPM until 3AM . They were standing outside there room which was in front of mine.

nothing worked from the washroom the vending machines the ice machines they were rude dirty the lights in my room didn't work the lock on my door was broken you have to pull the door knob up to get in . the microwave was broken the ac was broken it was horrible

Too mamy roaches but great location.

The bed and shower as well as the pool and how close the pond was. I also loveeee the location because its away from the city but in the city.

There were so many roaches that I had to stay somewhere else for the night cause they were trying to crawl all in my bag and clothes and one crawled across my feet.

Location was good. Water pressure was outstanding.

Booked a king room but was given a queen room. They did discount the price. First thing I saw in room was a roach. The next thing was broken cabinets. Almost positive they just folded the used towels from previous guests. We found a ball of hair in one.

Nothing.

Dirty tub, old dust on wall lamps and ceiling vents. No kitchen amenities. No dish soap, plates, no coffee in the room. This location should have no stars.
