We like the stay in general. The breakfast was good and vary. The location was centralized.
I think they need to update the pictures, because is not the actual view of the hotel. The room wasn't too clean, the walls were dirty, the floor was wet all the time because of the air conditioning. The room had a gas smell, at the point of no wanting to be there during 11 am until 6 pm at least. The pool is not in a condition to enjoy of it, one of the pool lights was outside with all the cables, for me that is a hazard. When I did the check-in they charge me for the stay, but then, front desk called me stating I had additional charges that I need to pay. The person who called me was very insistent to me going to front desk and pay. That was a little bit rude.

The outside architecture was interesting.
Very interesting shaped building. The lobby was okay but once we entered the elevator it was apparent the hotel was not kept up and extremely dirty.
The panel wall in the elevator literally was pulling away from the wall as we rode to the 5th floor. Once we arrived on our floor, we noticed a unpleasant smell. This was accompanied by lightning you would see in a horror movie. We continued to our room in hopes that would be better.
Once in the room, the smell continued. The walls and floor seemed to have a coating of dirt, that made a person feel uncomfortable and grungy. I checked the bed for any kind of bedbugs and was relieved to not find any.
My husband took a shower, he said the water pressure was not great and the only temperature was hot. But if you need a bottle opener while sitting on the toilet you are in luck because there is one.
The bed wasn't too uncomfortable but the pillows were cheap and flat. We had to sleep with the covers off because the air conditioning would not keep the room below 73° even though we turned it down as low as the thermostat would go.
I told my husband if we ever wanted to roll play, this is the cheap hotel to make a girl feel like a call girl. If it wasn't for the fact that the room was non refundable we would have left. I do not recommend this place.

Their hamburger was good, but not $15 good. The price could be better and include a drink.
I'm a paraplegic and booked an accessible room, or so the picture and details said it was. I get there and there's NO GRAB RAILS NOT A ONE. THERE'S NOT SHOWER BENCH. THE MANAGER SAID HE'S TRYING TO LOCATED ONE, NEVER SAW HE AGAIN, AND AFTER ALL THAT I COULDN'T EVEN GET ON THE BED IT WAS SO HIGH AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS I WAS DONE WITH THIS PLACE AND CALLED FOR A REFUND.

The bed was comfortable. That's it.
First off, the staff was decent. The gentleman at the front counter was very hard to understand. We thought we were staying in the main hotel, but 8nstead we were placed in a old part of the hotel. Secondly, we walked in the room and it looked ok but then we turned the light on. There were marks all over the walls. The door frame on the inside was peeling and looked horrible. You walk in the bathroom area and the granite counter was the nicest part. You walk in where the toilet and shower are and it was so small. The walls had holes that they looked like they tried to fix and then just painted over. Pictures of that attached to review. The shower head needed some CLR because it was so caked over with hard water crap. The last night we were there we found two roaches crawling over the TV entertainment center. Overall I won't be staying here again. If we were put in the main hotel it may have been better but come one people, you charge $300+ and it's in this shape? Unacceptable to house customers in there.

I was a little worried when I first pulled up, it was dark and a lil creepy looking because there where only a few cars in the parking lot. I took a chance mostly because I was tired and ready to relax but upon walking through the door I was glad i did.. It is an older hotel that seems to have been recently remodeled. I stayed in the tower, the room was nice and clean, fridge worked as well as the microwave. The bed was comfortable, sheets clean and fresh. The bathroom was clean with plenty fresh towels. The AC worked as expected. Nice size tv and plenty of lights in the room.
when I got to the Hotel I used the credit card I booked with on the machine to pay for my room, it said approved and i got my room key and went on up to my room. 30 minutes later the man at the front desk called to say that my payment didnt go through and I needed to come back down to the front desk and run it again. Ok but it said approved. kind of apprehensive about it I went back down ran my card again and it said approved. he said it wasn't going through on his screen that he would fix it later of have the manager run it again in the morning. I checked my credit card on line and I had 3 pending charges from the hotel, I told the morning person when I checked out she said the manager would call me and I still have not received a call yet. 1 charge has went through and I still have 2 pending charges for on my card. waiting to see if they fall off or not .

nothing
I booked a King with a sofa bed, didn’t get that. They put me in a queen room the bathroom was dirty the tub had dirt in it. Then they moved me to another queen room and that bathroom was dirty as well. The next morning they finally move me to the room I paid for and it was dirty as well, the sofa bed did not have a mattress on it and you can smell the water damage. so they move me to another queen room and it was dirty as well and full of mold& mildew and spiders. They did not try to give me a discount are give me my money back. It was a very horrible experience for me.

It was in an secluded safe area.
I was assigned a room that the A/C was broken. Called the front desk twice for assistance. No one came to repair. Was told eventually that I would have to wait another hour or two in a blistering hot room in 90 degree Texas heat. Requested another room. Once in the new room I was awakened twice by staff checking to see if the room was vacant. The excuse was we aren’t used to all these guests. Me and my family are Hurricane Ida evacuees. It was very unorganized and exhausting.
