I'd pitch a tent next time

What went well was that it was close to the airport for an early flight and was close enough to restaurants and a neighborhood. It was why I chose this one and in that way it was not disappointing. ALSO Denise and one other front desk staff I interacted with were FRIENDLY and helpful.

OMG. So first I was given the keys to two different FILTHY rooms. I later learned that the housekeeping staff for that floor did not work that day. We were over the barrel as it was graduation weekend in Philly and I had booked this room three months in advance. The lady at the desk was able to give me a room without the two beds I had reserved that was at least clean. She was nice--wasn't her fault and said she could move us the next day as I was there for 3 nights. Also, some of the facility could be updated. Like the kitchen counters ...this location also charges for parking. A lot. They say there is free street parking but you would not be able to see your car AT ALL.

Do not stay!!

Location

Upon arrival staff was not attentive to guest arrival. The music was loud and inappropriate. The hotel was not clean. Elevator was dirty. Room was not clean the refrigerator was rusty on the outside the kitchen looked like it was not cleaned. I found items on the floor by the bed. And staff attempted to enter the room way before check out only knocking once then tried to enter the room.and you charge for parking and the lot wasn’t secure and clearly it was cars there that appeared to be abandoned. Very disappointing.

The location was good and safe.

No ice maker and the place it's alot of fixing I would say and no pans to cook with. Just not my type of Hotel.and know real breakfast served

I left without staying more than 20 minutes because the stove had been used heavily to fry foods and everything smelled of cooking oil. And whatever efforts that may have been made to clean the room were completely insufficient.

Horrendous, will be calling corporate

Horrible, booked ahead of time, paid in advance and they gave our hotel to someone right before we walked in the door. And had no other rooms available.

That we were no where near home. We were already out of pocket for a hotel and we needed to find a hotel and nothing near us was available

My stay was HORRIBLE, NO STAFF YO COMPLAIN TO & COOPERATION HAD NO IDEA WHO I WAS WHEN I CALLED TO

Bed was comfy yet pillows had BUGS ( fleas,bedbugs, Spiders) I'm ate up like thanksgiving dinner!

Everything was Dirty, no shower curtain, utinsils of any kind, dishes,grab n go bfast( didn't exist). This was a nitemare! Did I mention the bugs! Bed was comfy yet pillows had BUGS ( fleas,bedbugs, Spiders) I'm ate up like thanksgiving dinner!

disgusted former housekeeper!!

no trash can in my room front of refrigerator dirty shower curtain was very short & made water splash on the floor housekeeping doesn't dust the inside of the lamps.

I feel that someone came into my room while I was gone. A few items were missing including money. Called when I got home to have them check the room if things were possibly left behind. The clerk was clueless who took my call

The staff wasn't horrible. It's close to the airport.

The outside looks great, but as soon as you walk in the lobby you're met with the odor of stale cigarettes. The room desperately needed a deep cleaning. Plus the smoke detector was missing. And yet, you have to put down a $100 deposit and sign a form saying you won't party or smoke in the room....

Staff was great.

Rooms were subpar. Blanket too thin. No shower curtain in bathroom. Toilet seat moved when you sit. Bathroom door handle messed up. No remote with TV.
