I been trying to contact customer service at booking.com no luck this morning. Can someone contact me. The property gave and approved a refund. It was very dirty unbelievable. As for your customer service unable to reach

The supplies in the restroom weren’t replenished. There wasn’t even a full roll of toilet paper. The floors were dirty and when I looked under the bed there was a ton of dirt and dust. Looks like it hadn’t been clean for weeks. The exit had animal urine all over the concrete and pillar. It could be sprayed down so it wasn’t such an overwhelming smell

I didnt end up staying, i arrived the front desk told me therre were no rooms available so i had to quickly book another

just the area its in, but definitely would not book this hotel

everything .. when i arrived, me and my lady already got bad and weird vibes from the place. i walk up in there, the person in the front desk gave us a weird and unwelcomed attitude.

Good location, needs a remodel.

Nice location.

Upon check in staff stated “I hope the system reserved the rooms you requested” and “we’ll have to check if there are rooms available” - after I had already reserved and received confirmation of the selected rooms and drive 4 hours. Hotel is dingy, outdated, smells old. They allow pets which is fine, however you can tell pets have dirtied the carpets without proper maintenance therefore the dingy/stinky smell. Pet feces in elevator. Rooms are outdated and worn, moldy caulking around fixtures, holes in walls, Paint peeling/cracking. Old appliances. I understand this isn’t the Hyatt Regency and the overall price is a great deal, but there should still be a standard when it comes to up keeping and cleanliness. I’d expect these conditions from a quick motel right off the freeway, not from a hotel in this nice location. If your single, young, looking for a quick stay, won’t be in the room a lot, then this is fine enough. If your coming in with a family and young kids, look for something else more up-kept and clean.

The only positive of the property was the proximity to the airport.

From the staff to the facility itself, this place was awful. We were grossed out the minute we walked through the door, but were open to giving it a chance and seeing our room. We had booked a king room, but ended up in a queen. The smell of cleaning supplies was so pungent upon entering the room we could not even breathe. After cracking a window open and re-booking our flights to leave that evening, as opposed to the following morning, we left the hotel. There was stuff smeared on the walls, dirt and debris in the hallways and elevator, horrific odors.

The front desk staff was great! The hotel is in a great location. They have luggage carts.

I am disabled and requested a room on the ground floor but received a room on the 2nd floor instead. Very disappointed with this as I booked my 2 night stay weeks ahead. A room on the ground floor could have been reserved for me, if the property really wanted to, but they didn't. The hotel have sketchy people that live there and they hang out in the parking lot all day and night, smoking and drinking. The hallways smell of food that have been cooked by people who live there. There were more people who live there than people renting hotel rooms. The blanket was very thin and did not keep me warm at all. Needed the heater on constantly. The microwave had rust on the inside where paint had come off the door, inner walls and under the plate that did not turn at all. On the inside of the handles on the refrigerator and microwave doors have thick dark stains that looks like it's been there for months, if not years. The sink in bathroom had stains and dried crusty stuff on it. Only bar soap is provided, no shampoo or conditioner.

- the receptionists were kind and supportive - the room was clean - the location is nice with respect to UCIrvine campus - ordering from Amazon and laundry service available

- wifi was not working during the entire week of my stay. I had to work on my laptop and I basically couldn’t do it from my room, hence had to stay on UCIrvine campus until late and order taxi.

The neighborhood

Place was not that clean. Bathroom sink had a little bit of mold. No ice maker. Every hotel I have been to has ice machine somewhere in the hotel. Curtains dirty. Surprised since it’s in a very nice location.
