disappointed that rooms not available for allergic guest. Animal allergy is just as sever a peanut

view from our room was wonderful, which is why we picked your hotel. we have stayed there for 20 years when it was the Dunes manor. new decor is lovely but I miss the quaint Dunes hotel

Your amenities listed pet friendly as the 6th from last amenity. I am allergic to dogs and cats and was sneezing and coughing most of my stay not realizing that your rooms are not cleaned for animal dandruff. When I asked at the desk if you kept separate rooms for those who are allergic his said NO....so I guess I will not longer be able to use your facility.

We enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The staff, the room, and the amazing view.

Staff was great. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Very clean room would definitely stay again here

The room had a little smell of smoke. For non smokers the smell was a bit much.

Excellent hotel with excellent amenities and rooms with excellent views.

Beautiful property on the beach. Room was very nice. comfortable bed with a couch ottoman and side table. Room was clean upon arrive. Bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. Very nice walking shower with good water pressure. Excellent view from the balcony. Highly recommend staying here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the outdoor bar and lounging area.

Only thing better would have been an outside pool. The was is located indoors which is nice for a cold weather stay but not for warm weather visits.

Would stay again, ocean front, adequate parking, nice staff.

Staff was very accommodating and professional, Brian the manager was lovely.Rooms, outdoor seating very nice. Starbucks on site was good, bar and food on site oceanfront, though we didn't try them Nice decorml.

Likely need more housekeeping staff, which is a challenge. The elevator waiting area upstairs needed to be mopped. The elevators were often busy due to the numbers of guests so when I took the back stairs to the outside, they deeply needed cleaning.

The fact that brand new things were stolen by the housekeeping staff The items stolen were reimbursed by the hotel but the fact that you feel insecure and unsafe in hotel with over $500 a night is absolutely unacceptable

Location is great.

Property is great but this hotel recently became pet friendly & there are a lot of animals here & there were a lot of dogs barking at each other. Some did not appear to be too friendly.

This was a nice hotel and a great value. It had one of the nicest beaches in Ocean City.

We did not eat breakfast there, but we loved the location. We even stayed an extra night.

Excellent place to stay with family and your pets.

My family and I loved how cleane the hotel was.We love that it's dog friendly. The location is perfect for the boardwalk. The staff was excellent ! 1 out of 10 we give it a solid 10 !

The facilities and location were very good. Helpfulness of staff could be improved.

Requested two matters be addressed and neither was done. Front desk documented the issues and promised they would be addressed. These issues will not prevent me from considering staying here again. The fact that so many dogs, smell, barking was a little annoying.

Does not keep up the Dunes Manor Reputation...

The young man at Starbucks was super friendly and social! He kept talking to and engaging with my little kids while he made the drinks, which made the wait so much more pleasant. The beds were very comfortable.

It took 4 hours and 2 reminders to get coffee K cups and Thermal cups sent to my room. They didn't bring the right coffee or coffee cups! The refrigerator didn't keep my things cold. I even tried turning the temperature gauge to make it colder.. pretty sure they need to maintenance their room appliances.

Issues with check in using my debit card. Had to spend time with management and my bank. No free breakfast. $15 dollars a day for parking-really?!?!

Room was comfortable, and clean. It was in a great location for our needs.

Since it was off season things were either not open or closed early, but that is to be expected. It was pricey, but a nice clean place. Having the games on TV in the rooms would have been nice.

A very quiet, relaxing, anniversary getaway. 😊

We always enjoyed it here when it was the Dunes Hotel. Now it’s the Hilton Garden, and it was very nice and clean, and nicely decorated. It was really refreshing to see the upgrades. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast food needed some improvements, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning.

Well rounded hotel.

Hotel is clean and has a restaurant located in the lobby. It’s just north of the boardwalk and I’m close proximity to other restaurants. Employees are cognizant and engaged.

The mattress was firm and uncomfortable. Nothing worse than a worn out floppy firm mattress. The food at the restaurant took awhile to come out and both meals we ordered were over cooked and burnt. We had two drinks comped which was unexpected.

Minus not having streaming services, our stay was excellent. We will be coming back.

Loved the large rooms, decor, walk-in shower. We stayed a couple years ago and enjoyed our stay. This time with the renovations, it was outstanding! Beautifully done!

We were disappointed and surprised there were no streaming services available (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.)

Worst time to go, it was freezing, just about everything was closed. It was a ghost town. It was not packed and the wait

Nice building/it was right on the beach, view was beautiful.

All of the staff wasn’t pleasant, food was ok and there were long wait lines, when it was not busy. I was told rooms only had one bed with small pull out or two queens, I wanted a suite (I wanted want was advertised, what I thought I paid for).

Not what we anticipate from a Hilton hotel.

The Ocean view was excellent. The window was dirty however.

Evidence of hasty cleaning. Yes it was Easter Weekend. However, we still expect the room to be clean. Unfortunately the bathroom was far from it. We found a black curly (pubic?? ) hair on the sink vanity. And one beneath the vanity on the floor. There also were hairs on the floor near the sliding door, and one on the shower tile. The towels did not smell fresh. There are waterspots on the shower door, and something spattered on the tile. The hand soap dispenser was empty. We used the shower gel to wash our hands, not aweful but inconvenient. The soap in the soap dish was previously used and returned to its box apparently. The bottom of the box was stuck fast to the dish and the soap was damp. I threw it away. On to the beds. The bottom sheet on one bed had skid marks, yes, and aweful. And there was a hair on the bottom sheet of the other. We slept on top of the bedspreads because of that. Not comfortable in the least. Before we left we undressed the beds in hope that they would be made with fresh linens for your next guests. Going on, multiple pull threads all over the obviously well worn bedspreads. And old stains on the rug. Not at all what we expect from a Hilton Family hotel. We didn't complain. It was Easter, we were tired from the drive, and we did not want drama on our holiday. Please do better. We love that you welcome pets. That and you brand are why we come back. Sincerely, Christine Harnish and David Miles.
