The location was great. Short walk to the Space Needle and Seattle Center. Beautiful panoramic view of Mount Rainier, the water and the city from the rooftop patio.
Not much. One elevator was out of service making the wait long.

Staff roof top clean
It’s a little pricey

The staff was a little abrupt. It was the way we were greeted and reservation wasn’t found by my first name but he assumed we didn’t have one and then he thought we were with another group. The actions on this person was not warm and welcoming. I’m your guest.

The bathroom and bedroom were well decorated with very nice amenities: fridge, water kettle, coffeemaker, glasses and mugs, coffee and tea, electronic charging next to bed. The garage parking was needed but should have been free.
The rooftop deck is ridiculously small, elevators, hallways and lobby were too warm and stuffy, elevators were very slow, noise from hallways, bedrooms and common areas, the small courtyard and overall minimal areas for families to gather, no microwave, no breakfast, no spa or pool.

Location relative to cruise pier was fantastic. Also close to numerous pubs, restaurants, coffee shops.
For the hefty room price, would have expected some breakfast, even continental, but, alas, there was none!

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.
For the price the location was awful. Homeless sleeping right outside the entrance. Did not feel safe walking in the area.

Rooftop was nice but did not have bar and heaters were not on
The area seem a little sketchy and the elevator was slow and funky

Gute, sichere Lage, tolle Aussicht, bequeme Betten, sehr sauberes Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter
Zimmer sehr klein für den Preis, durch die Fenster zog es, wenn der Wind darauf stand und die Windgeräusche waren sehr störend. Lüftung im WC läuft lautstark die ganze Nacht

Nothing... very disappointed
For $390 this was maybe a 2 star ...homeless all around the restaurants we were directed to by staff...old and in need of everything and I was shocked to read alot of the better reviews...very mislead and I will say I never feel strong enough to even write a review but my husband insisted as well

I love the underground parking, and the rate is good for Seattle. Great area to stay. Close to the needle and the monorail. Very rarely do I stay in another hotel when I'm in Seattle, and I go there alot.

First time in Seattle with my son spending the holidays away from home and we had one of the best vacations. I'm so grateful that we stayed there. Friendly, empathetic crew, clean and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping kept our room and the common areas super clean with fresh coffee all day. I've also love the roof patio, great view. Our flight was cancelled so we had to extend our stay, but we didn't mind it because the room was very comfortable and we had everything to stay longer like a washer and dryer, well except a stove :)
Also, shout out to all the stuff that was able to make it to work safe on Friday during the icy conditions. Sorry I don't remember everyone's name, I remember Wendy because of the restaurant :)
Thank you everyone and Happy New Year!

17 years ago I introduced my wife to the great Northwest and we stayed here. The hotel is in the middle of renovations but we were so excited to have the hotel closer to its original state from our first visit. Love this place. Spectacular views on the rooftop.
It was perfect. From what we can see, the hotel is going to get a nice upgrade while preserving the charm and originality it is known for.

The location was just fantastic.
It was a great night the hotel is very nice.
I was supposed to get the parking money back since it was a night of a concert but they just kept it.
Which obviously was upsetting ñ.
