Excelente ubicación todas las habitaciones vista al mar personal muy amable pendiente de si necesitábamos algo nos reunimos con otros huespedes a ver un partido de futbol y perfectamente bien acomodados teniamos suite familiar nos gustó mucho están en nuestra lista de preferencia al regresar

Tempranito por la mañana demasiado ruido en el pasillo pregunte del porque limpiaban los cuartos tan de mañana y me dijeron que era porque los huéspedes dejaban las habitaciones temprano y aprovechaban a limpiar las habitaciones es lo que no nos agrado vamos de vacaciones para dormir rico y hasta tarde.

Stay was ok. I’ve always stayed here. First bad experience.

Convenient

This was the first time I’ve had a bad room. Roach bugs, balcony door very hard to open. Had to request someone to clean the bathroom due to the bugs, and get the safe to work. Front door couldn’t get the deadbolt to work.

Expensive Dump on Beautiful Beach

Location!!!!! The beach, sand, views, the restaurant within stumbling distance…everything but the hotel, which was purely used as a place to sleep

The hotel itself was bad. Run down, dated, apart…way too many issues to even name but if you want a view, I guess you have to pay ridiculous prices..I was expecting better for the price

Great location and wonderful for kids.

Beachfront with balconies was great. The pool was heated. Staff was friendly. Great for kids.

They are renovating right now. So, I expected some issues. Breakfast was plate and go and an extremely crowded wait. Beds were clean but very firm and uncomfortable. Cleaning service for room was not provided during our stay, and we were not told this was not happening.

It was very nice. Definitely a young person's town.

It was all great. I went in the wrong time of year. That is okay my fault. Great veiw, the room was nice but hard for a handicap person to get around in. It should have had only one bed. Breakfast was great. Will be back in the summertime or early fall.

Close to the ocean pool and bar close

Stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights Roaches in our room, they had paper holding up shower handle, they changed our room, and our view was blocked by a tree. Sand in our already made bed. The food was awful 😖 no housekeeping, but gives towels and takes out trash. It's not worth the money. Very large roaches outside the doors on our lower lever.Our room did not match our reservation for handicap room, suppose to have 3 queen beds had 2 queen beds, and a pullout couch. The bathroom was dirty and had other people's bags in a drawer. Sand on floor all over the room.

We will be back!

The room was split for added privacy. The room had comfortable beds. We loved the full sized refrigerator. The balcony was nice. The pool was great. The guards, mermaids, housekeeping, and breakfast ladies were AMAZING!!

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. There was no shampoo or soap in the room. The staff at the front desk didn't seem happy.

Disappointing

That I could see the beach from my room

The fact that I ask for higher level and always end up on the 2nd floor. If they are doing with on the higher level rooms they should make that known on the site.

Don't go for spring break ( my personal experience)

Hotel location, next to the beach.

My personal experience was unpleasant, excessive noise (music) the room was no what I was expecting , no updates are visible, not enough TV channels and breakfast is not good at all..

If you want location it’s great, but for comfort and luxury, no.

The breakfast was lumpy grits, biscuits, and eggs, cereal, and fruit. I didn’t enjoy it.

I didn’t want to stay the second night, apart of the room was very old and the bathroom was disgusting. It made my skin crawl. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to relax.
