We would gladly stay here again. Appreciated the cleanliness and the outstanding staff.

The room was very clean. The staff were outstanding in friendliness and ability to answer our questions, and made sure we had adequate toiletries during our stay. The location was great for our stay.

The breakfasts were okay, pretty standard wherever you go.

Disappointing for the money

Clean, good shape, warm pool and spa

The bedding was spartan. Should have a comfortable blanket. Not a spare in the closet either.

Aside from the double billing to our card for the room, everything was copacetic.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Location

double billing of my credit card for the room. We're still waiting for the duplicate charges for the room to be resolved through Visa. It may take 2-3 business days.

the falling down was when we first got there, so I was in pain and cleaned up the blood which wasn’t a great way to star

I tripped on the outside step at the far end of the building resulting in bleeding under left knee and back of left hand. I had my hands full and the first step was about 7 inches high . the next step was about 11 inches high then the last step was back to 7 inches high. normally assuming they were all the same height , I took a normal step and tripped and went down hard (remember I had things in my hands)

Overall very comfortable the staff customer service is exceptional

I was very comfortable and the staff was absolutely amazing my kids really enjoyed their breakfast and pool. The location is centrally located near stores and restaurants. We all enjoyed the room very clean.

I wish there had been an elevator. My only feedback would be add some tea to the courtesy beverages

Plug in on lamps and walls were too loose to plug in our electronics.

The people were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the facilities were very clean.

There was no elevator, which I didn't know ahead of time. My knees were not happy. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but my husband liked it.

I liked the breakfast except for the bacon. The options were good.

The outlets on the lamps were all loose and my plugs would not stay in. My outlet next to my bedside did not work so I couldn't charge my phone unless I got out of bed. There was a straw and dust behind the television on the floor.

Clean and good breakfast.

Hot tub not working right. There was a fountain instead of jets. VERY dissapointed.

Really enjoyed the time we had in Apache Junction

The hot tub. Convenience of room to pool. Was going to stay 1 night but spent 4. Will stay again when we visit Apache Junction.

Good

The breakfast was good, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was on the second floor and there is NO elevator in the building. I was not warned of this so my late arrival, 11:30 pm, was difficult when I realized I had to lug all my bags up the stairs to my room. The lack of elevator should have been communicated up front.
