Bien pour une nuit lors d un circuit

Notre chambre mériterait d être rénovée. Assiettes, verres et couverts en plastique pour le petit déjeuner. Un peu loin du centre et des plages.

Na recepção foi cobrada novamente minha estadia… eu já tinha pago pelo app booking e o funcionário na recepção me cobrou de novo .. agora estou esperando o estorno do valor .. achei muita falta de respeito! Muito insatisfeita… infelizmente.. primeira vez q acontece comigo. Espero reaver este pagamento que me foi cobrado indevidamente!

Ganz ok,, mit einem großen aber

Ideal für ein bis zwei Nächte wenn man in Naples nicht die Bank sprengen will, uns seine Ansprüche etwas nach unten schraubt. Betten sind bequem, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden und kostenlos. Das inkludierte Frühstück ist für diese Preisklasse sogar ausgesprochen optionsreich.

Die Mikrowelle war ziemlich dreckig, und daher unbrauchbar. Leider wird beim sonst guten Frühstück ausschließlich auf Wegwerf-Artikel gesetzt: Teller, Becher, Besteck - alles aus Plastik. Die Menge an Müll will ich mir eigentlich nicht vorstellen...

Room was dirty asked to have floors cleaned again and they made and they made some excuse as to why Room was dirty and smelled Staff didn’t speak English so hard to get help Not a good experience Should get my money back

We had a pleasant stay in a comfortable room.

breakfast was very good - lots of options and very tasty the hotel was clean the rooms were comfortable, the bed was comfortable

check in was very slow only one elevator was working we asked for a walk in shower. We got a shower set up for a wheel chair and it was difficult to adjust the shower - we probably should have requested another room - water leaked out out of the shower and the floor got quite wet

Best Western was a nice place to stay while attending a school function out of town.

I liked the cozy room with balcony and the breakfast included with room fee.

No bacon or scrambled eggs served with breakfast.

We checked out on 3-17-2023. My spouse dropped the keys off at the desk and told the agent that we were checking out. We were charged for 2 more days. Our original reservation was 3-12-23 to 3-19-23. My credit card has been charged for the whole week. But we left on 3-17-2023 around 6:30AM ish,

Overall nice and clean stay with friendly people but very noisy!

Very spacious and clean rooms, the staff at the front office was very kind and welcoming. It was cleaned very regularly and the breakfast was alright!

Sadly the rooms are incredibly noisy, every step in the hallway or doors closing is heard in the room like it is happening right next to your ear. It is great that the hotel is being cleaned all day, but because the rooms are not noise cancelled the continuous vacuuming outside can become a little bit exhausting. There were paper shields everywhere with “protect the planet” when it comes to the towels, which is great, but everything at the breakfast buffet was out of plastic, plates, cutlery and mugs. That would definitely be better for the environment if to be changed.
