I didn’t even stay the night at all.. no one was at the desk I waited 30 mins ans finally left.. put in cancellation.. it’d the worst hotel/motel I have ever gone to in my whole life.. the worst

the location

they weren’t honest and up front when trying to add another night. wasn’t happy that I complained about the fridge and microwave having mold and the wires being cut.

it was not clean. Sheets were stained. Floors looked like they were never vacuumed. the microwave oven kept shutting off. I had to restart it several times.

Nothing really was good

The whole ceilings Silly's were covered in thick black mold the beds was both broken and and all the outlets didn't work bit 1 and the place smells bad from the mold

There was no breakfast in this hotel / motel. So not much to really say about it.

I didn't appreciate the fact they kept trying to come into the room while we were occupied and or trying to relax. Also didn't like the fact I asked for one bed in the room but got two beds instead.

The only thing I like about the property is the location.

this place is old and needs to be updated. we took a chance to book here because lt says “newly renovated” but the truth is I don’t know what kind of renovation was done. the room is ok size wise, but dirty. the bathroom looks like someone cleaned but there are tissues in the toilet. as I was eating, a cockroach was crawling towards my plate 😬. the tv can’t get any channels on. it says due to the bad weather and if it persists call the front desk so I called and he says it’s because of the heavy rains . then comes the power outage and the best part is they don’t have a backup generator. it got so cold and dark so we had to use our phone as a flashlight until the power came back (after about 3 hours or so). the tv never had the channels on until we checked out. bottom line, it was a waste of $109.00 (for a night). NEVER AGAIN in this place. they should not be allowed to operate this kind of business if they can’t provide a comfortable room.

Bed is comfortable

Refrigerator isn’t working, towels & blankets dirty, lamp and walls dirty, baseboard isn’t on completely and just laying there, dressers aren’t usable (dusty/dirty).
