It was horrible I will not recommend or say again

The breakfast was horrible didn’t have much of nothing and everything wasn’t well prepared

The cleanish of the hotel and our room it was horrible, the grass needs cutting, too much noise, no towels had to wait for hours, the whole stay was horrible I will not be staying again

it’s a pretty good location! 5 mins the outlet mall and 15 mins to the wharf! it was a little run down but seemed pretty

Seriously neglecting. Not clean.

The staff was not friendly. The room was not clean. Feces on the exterior toilet bowl. Sheets were dirty and not changed. Trash all over the exterior of the facility. No breakfast put out. Horrible place. Not clean

bed was super comfortable, ac worked great, room was decently cleaned.

the staff!!! I received a phone call at 12:30, asking if I was coming. when my reservation was already confirmed via booking.com. then she asked me what time I was coming, I said I’m not sure because I was at a volleyball tournament. I arrived a little after 1:30, was told my room was ready, but then was told if I wanted to check in then it was $20 extra.. this has never happened to me at any hotel I’ve booked. I asked well then why did you call me?! the lady was soooo rude!!

close to everything we were doing

the heat in the room took hours to heat up. we cut it on after we checked in because it was cold and went out to eat by the time we got back room was still freezing. my babies shivered a good part of the night

The heater in my room didn't work, and no one tried to fix it or disconnect the room will never stay here again .. will not recommend this place to anyone

You really didn't have any breakfast but I know it was in the room fee because the waffle machine was broken the refrigerator didn't keep our stuff cold we told the people at the front office but it didn't get fixed

We have four people and they only two towels and two washer ragswe had to keep going back and get more

Never again!!!!

Room was filthy. My husband was offered sex for money. I was approached by a man that was obviously in drugs, and he kept walking past our room. I was concerned about my child's safety!!!!

the lady at the front desk was nice.

the straw that broke the camels back was that the heat went out. we called the front desk and she sent someone up. he at first offered to move us which I accepted but he quickly back peddled and offered to bring up a space heater. the space heater was much too small to make a difference unless you were sitting next to it. we had our 6 year old grandson with us so I decided enough was enough and we left and went to find another hotel. I asked for a refund for the day we were leaving but they only offered a partial refund since we had been there into the afternoon. I checked my credit card statement online today and they did give me a minimal 40% credit but then I notice that they had charged my card not once but twice. this place is not safe. along with the above the room was poorly lit and was very dirty. there were wires hanging out of ceiling. no smoke detector. the glass shower door didn’t want to close without forcing it. saw a few cockroaches. there were people with their room doors standing open blasting their radios. some people were out on the walkway smoking dope.

I would not recommend this facility to family or friends.

It had breakfast.

the ice machine was broken, the staff walked into our room without knocking or announcing, the fridge didn’t work, it was very loud music and people partying in the parking lot until early morning.

It wasn’t clean and it smelled. We checked several rooms and couldn’t find a decent room so we had to cancel one of the rooms
