Nothing

Room had mold in refrigerator, mold on air conditioner, human hair all over the bed, looked under covers more human hair spots in the bed, spots on side of bed. Room was unsanitary even though I reserved it 2 months prior. Desk clerk told me he would refund the money, which he only refunded for the next day. Since I was there for an hour (waiting for room to supposedly get cleaned) I was charged for the day even though I did not use the room at all. I asked for another room, to wich he said he did not have. The parking lot was pretty much empty BTW. So I spent hours looking for a suitable room 30 minutes away, which cost me more money and time. I will NEVER deal with super 8 or booking.com again.

The location, the room rate.

The room (209) was not clean. There was mold in the refrigerator, and the floor had crumbs all over it. The bed comforters were soiled or stained. The person at the front desk said there were no other rooms available to change rooms, but that they would have someone clean room 209 within 45 minutes. This was around 4:00pm. We arrived back to the room at 11:00pm. and the room had NOT been cleaned. We were tired and extremely frustrated. When I confronted the same person he insisted that the room had been cleaned. When I told him that there was still mold in the refrigerator, he told me it was not mold, but stains that cold not be removed. I then showed him a sample of the mold that I easily removed. He changed his story said he had sprayed it but it just took time to work. I am not that stupid. It seemed like he kept making up different stories. He seemed to expect us to give up and stay in this filthy room, because we had no alternative. When I persisted that he do something, he offered us a different room. How was that possible? Earlier he told us there were no other rooms available. Obviously room 205 was vacant and could have been offered to us when we first complained about room 209.

Air is stale and musty and never airs out. I turned on the bath fan, cranked the heat, and cracked the window. This helped some. The room apparently sits closed most of the time and it smells like it.

Impeccable service. Professional fast service at the reception. Excellent housekeeping. Very comfortable.

NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in my life! I travel a lot for work all over North and South America and almost everywhere in Europe and I have never seen this before. Me and my colleague's room was flooded with bed bugs. The hotel did not accept giving us a refund and told us to just leave if we did not like it. I attach here some screenshots from videos i got from my room showing the extension of the problem. This property is a threat to public health and you should avoid at all cost. Room 109 - Stayed night of August 28th 2022 I attach a few photos and I have videos to prove the whole mess... STAY AWAY from this property.

getting a bit dated.

Bed was comfy, Layout of the room was decent. Lighting was a bit on the weak side but soothing.

Fridge did not work. Also the Bathrooms could use some tlc.
