Good location in Willits.

Beds were very comfortable.

Competently breakfast was minimal. Breakfast area very small.

Decent alternative to staying in Ft Bragg but somewhat pricey. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Great staff, great place, but please lose the motion sensors.

Very friendly staff and big rooms.

Not quite sure why someone decided to change the the lightswitches by the sink and toilet for motion activated lights. Not only do they come on when you don't need them, but they don't stay on long enough to do any good anyway. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I don't need a light to come on whilst I grab a drink or nip to the loo!

Great clean hotel, not fancy, but was clean and felt safe. Lumberjack Restaurant across street.

Hotel was in a convenient location and in good, clean condition. The Staff couple who manage the hotel were great to talk with and very helpful. The breakfast was adequate, but if you want a bigger hot breakfast, may need to go to a restaurant.

great place, clean, not the best bed.

The bed turned out to be horrible & i kept waking up bc my back hurt. the front door could use a little insulation too, because i felt the cold coming inside; especially while using the bathroom close to the door. the price was the worst bc it was so expensive!! besides those things i give it 4-5 ⭐

I would stay here again, if I had to stay in Willits again.

Location was convenient, shower / bathroom was spacious and clean. The room was clean but, outdated. All and all it was above decent.

The worst part was waking up to ants all over our belongings, causing us to run late and asking for a later check-out.

It's a classic motel on the road...

They use COVID to skip warm breakfast... At this time no other place does that.

I left my bathing suit and they asked for $51 to send to me in Oregon. That is a $40 profit

Okay...

Room was clean.

One of the only reasons that I booked was a pool and breakfast. Lobby closed and pool closed... No trash liners in room trash cans

Clean and comfortable.

We were disappointed that there was no breakfast, even though that was listed as included when we booked. Other places we have stayed, even with covid restrictions in place, would at least hand out a bag breakfast. We were also disappointed that the pool area was locked up, leaving no where to sit outside.

I would not stop at this best western motel and I wouder if best western policy is to only provide B

breakfast was a box breakfast. we went to a local cafe for breakfast!

Best in town by far

This is by far the cleanest and most comfortable rooms you can get in this town. And it's been the same owners since it was built and I've stayed there quite a few times and it has been exactly the same everytime as far as cleanliness and comfort
