A lot of homeless people in surrounding streets, however this seems to be a national issue outside the control of the hotel

Room was warm. No a/c in the room. only a heater and a plug up fan.

Very good budget option. If one doesn't want to pay a lot for a chocolate on their pillow....

The is a good place to stay if one is not interested in paying for frills, Clean, safe, well maintained, and comfortable. The location is good, right on the major route through the city. It's very close to Old Town with some good restaurants and shops. Good wifi.

House keeping need to pay more attention to the work

Room and price was perfect for our budget

Bed was not changed also the mattress cover had blood on them things were left in the fridge

it was rather loud due to the nearby street and rooms were rather thin as people and tv in neighboring rooms could be heard well.

skip this one

there was no ac when we asked the staff they said the black poles in the closet were fans. the door key malfunctioned for about 15 guests. It was was one block away from a homeless shelter when I asked the staff if this was a problem they said there were no homeless people in town. we probably saw 35. our gps took us past our street one street over where I saw two people shooting up on the street. There are many nicer places in town.

the tv didn’t work. couldn’t watch anything during our stay. the room had damages all around, it was dusty, and walking on the floors made your feet filthy.

it could have been better if it wasn’t for other hotel guests.

it was all cleaned and we had eveything we needed.

someone shouting outside of my room kept us awake all night. it was very annoying but at the same time very scary. it was a strange noisy made by someone who probably did not belong in that hotel. we have seen a lady in the morning being told that her stay could not be extended so we reckon she was the one making that noise. to be honest with you, she should have been asked to leave straight away. people like that ruin the reputation of your brand. i was too scared to open the door and check but due to that fact only, I couldn’t sleep. staff was friendly
