Will definitely visit again.

My kids loved it, I was expecting it would be cold as it was raining. The water park is an amazing experience and always warm. The rooms are clean, and their staff are friendly. definitely worth

We enjoyed our hose day and had lots of fun at the waterpark. Thanks so much.

We liked everything parking valet was very great, and all the valet’s for awesome. The food was great and all the people were great.

The only thing I didn’t like what she couldn’t pay cash for anything other than the valet

Had a great time can't wait to go back

It was fantastic for children. Kids getting to play in lobby also being able to be in pajamas down stairs was a fun site. This hotel is so kid friendly.

Unimpressed with the property, for the e amount spent should’ve been exceptional.

Booked for my daughter’s Birthday, she enjoyed the water park.

Property is rundown, dirty, not a good value, no accommodations for requests.

Kid friendly!

The double tube I was on was FLAT.. but the staff member said it was fine and handed it to me! I went down the slide with my little daughter and the tube flung around and we ended up going backwards down half the slide. At the end as we entered the pool we got dunked underwater and I hit my elbow on the bottom of the pool and it swelled up immediately. i got an ice pack from a staff member but it got worse. We checked out of the hotel and didn’t end up spending our 2nd night there due to this unfortunate mishap. The hotel said they couldn’t refund us since it was booked through Booking.com! i would appreciate Booking.com refund us for the second night.

Bad experience

I always enjoy my time at great wolf lodge, but not this last one, the girl in the front desk very rude, and then when we went to the water park we can't use many of the pool because of maintenance they said wait 3 to 4 h, so not so much fun . Finally the water wasn't in a good condition. All of my family felt a very bad sensation on the eyes,burning and itching 😫 and also on the skin, we take many brakes and we have to rinsed our bodies for that reason. And on Monday we had an eye infection 😒. That never happened to us before. To be honest I don't think that we're going back again. Very disappointing with this last time 👎 I wouldn't recommend it.
