Staff at front desk was very accommodating
I stayed for 3 nights and cleaning never came even after the fridge broke in my room and water leaked which I cleaned up. Also would be good to have coffee available before
4.0
The breakfast had good choices.
Apartment had everything you could imagine.
Location was perfect at the bottom of the mountain.
Free shuttle to take you places.
Free parking.
Bowling lane at resort was fun.
The hot breakfast was cold.
Construction outside our balcony facing the slope side was loud beginning at 7:00 every morning.
Pillows in beds were too big and hard.
5.0
Rooms were quiet, comfortable and well equipped with all the comforts I needed. Will definitely stay there again.
There was no access to Netflix or other networks on their TV.

Room was nice, common areas were nice

When we walked in the room it was jaw dropping, so luxurious, perfect set up for our family. The facilities were amazing.
The oven in our room was broken. There was construction that prevented the children’s cart/rollercoaster from being opened.
5.0
No obstructed views out the front.
Lots of the activities were closed due to summer construction. But we went into town instead.
5.0
it is clean, comfortable, excellent service, good breakfast, and pretty good facility
the activities were closed there

Ski valet is the best!
Unfortunately the grooming tractors backing up and beeping every night from 12:30-2:00am kept us up and caused us to potentially never stay here again. We love everything else, but being kept up for hours every night was terrible.

it looked nice in the pictures
The week of our stay my family got a vomiting bug and could not travel. While it’s perfectly within the rights of the property they showed no flexibility to move our dates or accommodate in any way given the circumstances. it’s hard for me to rate this experience positive in any way considering I paid over $1,000 and received nothing in return

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and willing to help to the best of their ability.
MOST EVERYTHING WAS BROKEN or NOT WORKING. The beautiful gas fireplace in the lobby was never lit due inspection problems. The first day was 9-5 no water (yes all turned off to try to fix a problem with the pool/hot tub). The pool and hot tub, steam shower, sauna and workout facilities were all closed our entire 3 day stay due to "mechanical issues". The housekeeping service on the first day only replaced towels and garbage bags, no bed making or counter cleaning. The second day of the included housekeeping service was non existent - they never came back after they came at 9am and we asked if they could come back in 1/2 hours as we were getting thing s ready to leave. The included breakfast was not available on the first morning due to the water being shut off. The bar was only open on Sunday night no other night. We paid a lot of money per night on an "off season in mid-October only to have 7/8th of amenities not working. We were very disappointed in all of this. We were given $120.00 "resort fee credit", but really we should have been told IN ADVANCE about these issues. It was all very disappointing, but the staff tried but the facilities were not to the expectations of what we paid for. Super bummed out about this booking!

the property was very modern and luxurious. the staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. I can’t say enough about this place. do not hesitate to stay here!
Nothing!

Location is great and and a very nice property. As these are condos, there are variations, the the room was mostly ver good. The furniture is lees for being comfortable and more about being able to have furniture turn into a bed. One chair in the unit and a small child would barely fit.
Main TV did not fully work. Room states that a BluRay player is available, but HDMI cable is broken. The resort has many amenities. Shows n booking that is has a restaurant and bar and a coffee shop. Maybe these things are in full swing during ski season, but not off season. Limited services.

NOTHING!!!!!!!!
Our flight was cancelled due to a blizzard that hit the east coast. Booking.com tells me to call One Ski Hill Place. One Ski Hill place is telling me to call Booking. No one is helping me.
I will never use a third party app again, and I will never book One Ski Hill Place again unless they give me a refund.
No cooperation at all from One Ski Hill Place. Extremely disappointed
