I was not really impressed by how well they take care of the customers and cleaning of their Rooms.

I liked it because of its location and close to the lake....

A little bit more comfortable and cleaner and bug friendly, because as soon as I turn off the lights, the bugs came out to play.

It was decently located, but probably one of the worst stays I’ve ever had room wise and I’m not picky.

The location and price are great and near the square and on the water. Staff was nice but it doesn’t make up in room quality.

The Sheets were dirty, had hair on them, the room was in pretty bad shape. Toilet Door didn’t close. The toilet shifted forward and rattled when you sat on it. The shower was just a plastic camper type thing that had no separation from the floor with a plastic cover.

Expensive for very basic motel

Large room.

Breakfast was extremely poor. Cleaners need to do some extra work in the rooms. Expensive for a very basic motel. Very basic motel. Noisy.

Short and good enough for the money spent.

We didn't do the breakfast. We went into town for that. Pretty good location. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and good a/c. The staff very friendly and helpful.

There is some road noise, but with a/c it was ok. The walls are thin and we heard the guests above us all night. Sounded like they were moving furniture. And the pillows could be better. And little musty smell in room.

Equivalent to a motel 6 but at a Days Inn price

Great location The lake is behind the property, shops and dining in front. The water pressure was amazing.

The bed was uncomfortable, It was noisy.

Everything was very nice, very clean room. Room temp great and bed was very comfortable.

Disappointing

Clean. Close to everything. Comfortable bed. Good sized room.

Noisy long term guests at all hours of the night. Staff lack of friendliness and knowledge. Unwilling to answer phones or emails. I have had great experiences here in years previous, this time was complete opposite.

One of the cheaper bookings we found, but I didn't expect the lacking breakfast or disrespect.

Location was amazing, easy driving distance from everything. The lady that checked us in was nice. Lovely wooden lobby architecture.

The Lake View Inn has a very restricted view of the lake. The property is aging. Paint coming off the concrete floor, a lobby door not usable. Standing water with algae and cigarette butts left in it. Room was short of towels. Front desk ladies were in the back chatting and didn't respond to guests waiting to be assisted (wasn't our group). Breakfast options are rather limited and there was always something that ran out by 8am. (knives, eggs, sausage patties etc) No juice offered of any kind. Only ketchup available is kept in 1 large bottle in the fridge, next to the 1-gallon jug of milk. There's a 40lb size limit to their open pet (dog only) policy. Also, several employees were unprofessional. The front desk gossiped about their excessive private drinking habits only hours before coming into work, all in easy earshot of guests eating breakfast. Pay the extra $8 and go somewhere else. Granbury is small enough that another property is still extremely close to everything in town.

Floors need cleaning. Queen beds need queen size sheets, not king size.

Not much selection. Nothing warm except coffee (I don't drink coffee).

Great place!

Very quiet stay! Staff was very friendly.

There was a spider web in the corner of the bathroom that was the first thing I saw when I walked in.

Good night’s sleep-very quiet

Clean, 1st floor. Lexie at front desk assisted with cancelling duplicate reservation.

Smelled horribly like smoke! Towels small and poor quality. Breakfast poor-had to eat out.

Exceptional

I'm on a walker and there was room for me to get into the room. A/C worked great. We were pleased with the room. Very nice staff .

When we got there the tv remote wasn't working and the tv had a blue screen. One call to the office and the young lady came and fixed in minutes. The pillows could have been softer.

Disappointing

Location, Ease of access to room

Main problem was with the bathroom, toilet was nasty and had urine spots on seat. Lower area of wall was covered in mold. Stunk of mold and wetness and was continually filled with gnats.
