A wonderful time spent in a charming town

Breakfast was quite tasty, and I appreciated the fact that they attempted to accommodate me or feed me, even on the first morning when I arrived late, and had not made my breakfast reservation

Perfect stay with lovely hosts

We arrived to a lovely welcome from Dawn. After a bad experience the night before at another location Dawn and Kenny upgraded us to the next level suite. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfy .The location of the INN was perfect and overlooked a nice green and was in a very quiet area. Breakfast was great and Kenny showed us around the other rooms including the master suites which were stunning . A lovely stay and we will definitely stay again if we are in the area again.

Perfect place to relax and not worry about anything and that goes for the breakfast healthy and del.

The bedding was wonderful, super clean wonderful pillows, the amenities in the bathroom were exceptional. We have two nights of good sleep, the mattress and sheets super made a perfect bed.

Luxe stay

Spent my birthday here after arriving from Australia. Felt like I was in a movie and one of my wishes had come true staying in an historic Inn in the Hamptons. The Inn and grounds are beautiful and we were completely spoilt by Kelli who was inconspicuous yet so attentive to our questions and requests. The suite was stunning and the bed and bedding were exceptionally comfy and luxe. We felt like we had the place to ourselves and had afternoon cocktails on the porch watching the sunset and the windmill before heading to a beautiful restaurant in Sag Harbour for dinner.

We could not make the plug work in the tub so missed out on that but the fireplace and bed made up for it!

A wonderful gem in East Hampton.

Breakfast was such a delight every morning. It was delicious and delivered hot and fresh the first morning to our room.The second morning we were able to have a beautiful breakfast outside in the garden. Our third and last morning they went above and beyond, having it packaged &prepared early for us to get on the road. The location was so pretty and central to everything. All the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional.

Really there wasn’t anything to complain about. We had a wonderful room with everything we needed. It was so easy to communicate with the staff and they met all our needs.

the stay was not that great. seemed they were so cheap to clean the room while we paid for a suite and it was expensive.

no room service. we had to go downstairs everytime for snacks since one of the employees was injured. the room is not being cleaned everyday which is very weird

Staff - were outstandingly good. DAWN WAS MOST HELPFUL BEFORE AND DURING THE STAY.

I was disappointed that we could not sit at the breakfast tables DUE TO COVID CONCERNS yet we sat in restaurants in the town, and a lot of plastic containers and cutlery were used to deliver the daily breakfast.

Exceptional!!

The inn is very clean, a little off the beaten path, which made it very quiet, super comfortable and offers a wonderful breakfast that was served in our room. They strictly followed COVID protocols including mandating masking and vaccination of their guests and so I felt incredibly safe at the hotel. East Hampton town center is just a 5 min walk. The beaches are a short drive away. The staff, in particular Kenny, Kelli and Dawn, are exceptionally warm and friendly and will cater to all your needs. I would be absolutely thrilled to stay here again.

Breakfast had to be ordered and scheduled day before. Time slots filled up and no breakfast before 830. No cleaning service. Absurd cost per night - $1995. Bed up against window - pillows fell behind bed. Just overall like an average B&B but priced like a four seasons.

Overboard with COVID restrictions

Breakfast disappointed could of presented I more like bed breakfast! Use picnic setting/ or nice tray instead of brown bag( there no where in room to put food on! One table had lamp/ fan) Food was great yogurt parfait/lobster roll

Mislead at booking pictures show open area to help yourself to healthy snacks ( didn’t like ask for water bottle /ice should been in rooms ) Only snacks chips popcorn cookies. Nothing healthy there ! No place to sit enjoy except ur room cushions for outdoor where not put out till 3 rd day couldn’t sit on porch unless in mask when all windows open Would be nice for phone call asking do u need anything or snacks ( hated asking felt like I was being annoying if I asked ) Stopped by office 3 different times of day No one there Felt asking for full price: with too many of ur COVID restrictions (false advertising) Not given (all of ur COVID restriction till after booking / half payment taken. 3 likes Clean Free parking (for town beach) Food good( but limited ) Ty Rooney Also u made it a point to ask if there was any special occasion. We mentioned several times we were celebrating 40 th wedding anniversary. Never acknowledged by anyone in Mill House

MAGICAL. A DREAM. THE BEST

Feels like home. Beautiful location. Walking distance to East Hampton town. Calm. Quiet. Koi pond and rise garden was adorable. Porch overlooking the windmill was clean and gorgeous (not a bug in sight)! The room was impeccable with a fireplace, essential oil bath salts, spray, body wash etc. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The robes and towels were super soft. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk and property manager were helpful, kind and extremely accommodating. Please go and experience the magic!!
