Love the uniqueness of the rooms, historic pieces of furniture throughout. Quiet! Great food and spirits at the restaurant. Closeness to many attractions. Did not eat the breakfast, but enjoyed breakfast at Shady Maple and Wimpy and Dees diner.

Very accommodating! We ended up needing to book an extra night the morning we were planning to leave and it was no big deal, even kept the same room.

The elevator was broke. we had to walk up a couple of flights of steps with all our stuff.

Front desk could have been managed better with staffing availability when one had questions .

This was our second visit to the Waynebrook Inn; it's located in a quiet, sleepy little PA town in the middle of Amish country; quaint, clean, comfortable rooms, each with it's own quirk that makes it unique. Fridge and microwave in each room; the staff was friendly and helpful. Food was excellent!

There really isn't much to dislike about the Waynebrook Inn; I guess the only downside was some of the chairs in the Garden Room need repaired. Maybe some chairs out front so guests can relax and watch the horse carts go by.

We did not use the breakfast selection, got there late and not much of a selection.

Floors squeek, upper floor and you could hear the toilets flushing. But, it is an older bldg with nostalgia.

The room itself was fine. Clean and pleasant. Good value for money.

The description regarding breakfast in booking.com, was misleading. Basically, there was no breakfast even though the property appeared as "breakfast included". Breakfast is included... but only on weekends. On weekdays there is no breakfast on offer at all. Maybe I missed something in the description on booking.com. Another issue was a problematic late check in. In the booking there appeared the option to check in until 21:00 in the evening. I specified that this would be our arrival time but got no response from the hotel. We actually arrived at 20:00, the door was locked and there was nobody at the desk. We had to knock on the glass until we got the attention of someone who was actually in a hurry to go home. She relucantly but politely checked us in and said that today they close an hour earlier. Not much fun trying to get into a locked hotel at night, after an 8 hour drive. Later on a night person came in to sit at the desk, but in the inverval during which we arrived, the hotel appeared closed and totally uninviting.

My wife and I stayed in a small quaint clean room overnight. the next morning we had complimentary breakfast which had a very nice variety of fruit, cereals and yogurts.

The AC was terribly loud and it had a rattle that kept us up almost the entire night. there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to relay this information.
