Low cost, no frills, as expected.

The room was spatious, the bed was comfortable. There were a fridge and a microwave oven. The bathroom was fine. Water temperature was ok, water pressure could have been better. The location was good. Bathroom and bed were clean.

I did not have a way to tell that i did not want my room to be done. As a matter of fact I told reception about that and they just ignored me and got my room done anyway. There was no safe. The window in my room was facing the parking lot. I had to either keep it closed (the room was completely dark) or just leave it open for everyone to see inside.

Very good

Excellent value, helpful staff, easy drive to New Bedford and Cape Cod. Great pool, laundry facilities. Stayed for 10 nights with my 9 year old daughter, and my adult disabled son.

Breakfast mostly breads/carbs, exercise room closed, some rowdy guests on the weekends. Changed rooms because the first one smelled of pot.

Expensive ($200) for a run down smoky room

The bathroom was moldy - mold coming out of the sprinkler in the ceiling and smelled very moldy, especially when the fan was running. The room was or had been a smoking room and everything (carpet, pillows, towels) smelled like smoke. Our clothes that we slept in smelled like smoke the next day. The hotel seemed to be in a state of renovation, not sure if it is or if it is just in a state of disrepair.

Smoky rooms

Room smelled like cigarettes. People smoking and vaping . Big poster in foyer saying “non smoking facility”. My son and I were in town for a triathlon. I felt like in a smoke lounge the night before. Not considering this hotel again.

I would not recommend this hotel.

We booked one night and didn’t have a lot of choices due to a last minute change in a soccer tournament. Immediately upon entering the room it smelled musty and we noticed a very poorly patched hole in the bathroom door. It didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned and all of the furniture was dated and/or chipped. Other people in the hotel were loud and slamming doors. We just stayed in the room with the door locked and left as soon as possible in the morning. I would never go back.

I would never stay at this location again nor would I recommend it to anyone, it was very dirty and a shame to rent room

I like that it was close to the venue we were attending

Disappointing

The friendliness of the staff and the provision of new towels for the second overnight. Room clean.

The price was very high given the location but realized that this was a result of the Taylor Swift concert in the area. On the very first morning we received a wake-ip call at 5:30 am. They neglected to clear out the system. Having told the front desk we got anothr wake up call on the second mornikng. Hallway was littered with food debris and smellledd of non-breakfast foods in the early evening suggesting people were living in the rooms. Not issues in the room and when we asked for tissues they did not have any and instead gave us napkins. Overall the walls were suffed ll around and the hoel had a tired feel. Will not go back again.

Quality Inn was lovely with helpful staff, but I never want to use Booking.com again.

Convenient location

Booking.com did not send the reservation in a timely manner. It took me over an hour to check in, one of the calls to Booking.com I got hung up on. The other, did nothing to help. At 1am, clerk let me in but I got a call at 4am in my room because they STILL DID NOT GET THE RESERVATION FROM BOOKING.COM I got almost NO SLEEP AT ALL, this was a HUGE waste of time, money, and aggravation. Would have been better off sleeping in my truck at a rest stop, and would have gotten more rest that way. They had the NERVE to "generously" offer me a $25 partial refund for a $94 room I spent a total of like 4 hours sleeping in. Insulting customer service on their end.

Overall my stay was good

The complementary breakfast was great, the hotel was prefect location and the staff especially Raquel was very friendly and helpful

I was disappointed as Quality Inns are usually better than this experience.

Initially was the price as it was cheaper than some others around; however, you could tell why it was cheaper.

We first checked into room 107. There was an odor in the room-musty, the floor was wet as we found out when we took off our shoes and our socks became wet; then we turned and looked at the door and there was no dead bolt on the door. So we went back to the main desk. The young man changed our room and we were in room 273. This room was much better and we left for dinner. When we returned we used the door past the main door. This door did not need a key access as the door was opened without a key card. We walked up the narrow stairs that was dark and dirty. I was not impressed and felt somewhat unsafe. There were loud noises until very early in the morning as the walls were thin and could hear conversations.
