I have stayed here several times and it has always been clean and comfortable. I intend on staying here anytime i'm in town.

The room was fantastic, bed was superb, and it was super clean with amazing location. The staff was AMAZING!!!! I wanted to stay and visit with them forever.

We went for the eclipse, so prices were high which was to be expected. There were hundreds of ants in the bathroom when we arrived. It was clear that they had sprayed ant spray on the floor. Odor quite noticable. Nice if they would have warned us. Not a real clean room. Needed elbow grease and paint. Location was very close to the water and downtown very convenient. We checked out 1/2 hour late and no one said anything so that was nice. They don't do housekeeping during your stay, so no one comes in your room. That eliminated security concerns.
Paint the bathroom, it was needing it badly. If you use bug spray, warn your guests.

We had a jacuzzi room and everything was perfect! Water was hot, it had a “living room area” then a room with the bed and jacuzzi. There was even an electric fire place in the room too!

Kind lady working the desk. Alcohol refreshments and soda/water to purchase. Cool old vibe. Comfy beds and pillows. All was clean. Shower was hot and water pressure great. Lots of movie channels. Nice little fridge, microwave and a coffee maker in the room. Checked in after midnight after driving a half hour from Cedar Point and all was great!
Our room by the staircase was a little loud from others going in and out and up and down the stairs. Not complaining about it, as I'm grateful there was a room left.

The hotel is within walking distance of the ferry to put-in-bay. Staff was friendly.
The furniture in the room was very old and in poor condition. The room was cramped and had a musty odor.

Rooms are outdated and walls and carpets need a deep cleaning. There is a definite odor in halls and room.

the location to everything…within walking distance to most of our destinations. the staff were very attentive
we were in the back/separate building (an old motel) a bit dated and the rooms need new carpet and bedding. maybe the main building is better?

the oil area is very nice! the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

Great location, walking distance from downtown, ferry and a great beach. They have a nice pool and wonderful staff.
I’ve stayed many times and will continue to come here. This summer the prices had taken a jump.

There were many people drinking and smoking in the swimming pool.

It was a very cute and simple place. Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful stay there and honestly had zero complaints about anything. The spa in our room was absolutely amazing and the adjustable tv was the cherry on top. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

There was a bad smell came out every time once we entered into the room. Probably from the old carpet. They should take off the old carpet and put the wood floor may be. Just a suggestion.

Very outdated. Husband nearly cut his foot on partial transition strip that was missing. May flies on the walls in room and earwigs in room. Found a hair in the bath tub.
