Nice, a few issues, but fixed promptly.

Location was great.

The room was overly warm when we arrived. We turned on the air, but it didn't kick on. We had to call to get it working. Then we turned on the TV, and couldn't get it working. They had to come back and fix that. Then everything was good.

No problems at all, and I do like that when I travel, I had a very good stay..

Very clean, staff had a smile and greeting as soon as I came through the door.. all check in was simple, they know their job well and it showed. And yes I will stay again.

Staff was great, but hotel was totally unprepared and did not meet basic expectations.

The location was great and the staff was great!

Our room was not ready at 6:00 pm & we waited more than an hour just to check in. Apparently the housekeeping staff quit. There was NO BREAKFAST available Sat. morning for our soccer boys before their game!

Overall, it was a great stay.

it was so clean and staff was friendly.

The receptionist who checked us in never communicated anything with us about breakfast times or any other amenities offered at the hotel.

Business trip

Location was great. The beds were comfortable. The pool and spa area were nice.

Our room and towels were only cleaned and replaced once during the 5 days we were there. We had to go ask for towels on the 3rd day. The carpet in the room was ripped, torn, and frayed at the entrance.

Was not as good as visit last year.

Had problem with TV and person did come up immediately to take care of problem.

Desk attendant - hard to understand, not pleasant(friendly) same person at check out did NOT give receipt. Same person - Charged card $25 for incidentals. Did not tell it would be charged upfront. At checkout said it would be put back on card- has NOT been. Carpet in room stained.

Don't care for microwave scrambled eggs. The biscuits and gravy were good.

Didn't care for the microwaved scrambled eggs. The bed was too firm. But the WORST was the window. The bright lights shone in SO BRIGHT, And there was no way to close the heavy curtains that were on each end of the window, only SHEER ones in the middle. So, I never slept one wink, was exhausted when we checked out.

Great location, clean and friendly.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was adequate, I don't like turkey sausage and egg white omelets, but at least they offered a regular cheese omelet and bacon. There was an ice machine on the same floor I was on.

The ac made a loud clunking noise when it shut off. I wish Netflix and some of the other streaming services were available on the tv. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom, just a small vent that is inadequate for a bathroom.
