Best place to stay

Great location, easy access to Mayo and Desert Ridge Mall. They are very accomodating, friendly, courteous. Property is spotless, breakfasts are great with lots of choices.

I was havin dental Implants n the facility was just around the corner from the hotel that's y I choose this hotel, the breakfast was a bonus cuz I was able to eat the scrambled eggs after my procedure which was a bonus 😋

Breakfast was good. There was choices so I could stick with my diabetic diet. They could use a whole wheat bread choice.

Disappointing

Pro - Nice, clean hotel, comfortable beds

Arrived with a disabled member of the family - found we had a room with no bathtub. I called immediately to front desk - no other room in the whole hotel. Explained it made her dependent on others to bathe, increased her possibility of a fall, did not even have a hand held shower, a shower seat, or a grab bar that was near the shower controls. Was met with really unkind, uncaring attitude - " that is what you booked". I asked if we could change rooms the next day (3 day stay) Said I would have to come down and check every day. I asked if I could get a refund of the prepaid days and check out early to find more suitable accommodations. Desk clerk said I would have to take that up with booking.com, that they have no control over that. I did contact booking.com, they said they would get back to me (but never did). Crazy for a hotel that costs $300/night. So I had called, gone down to front desk twice, and texted the hotel about the problem, no help, no concern. I contacted booking.com twice with no real response - except a request to send pictures to help them decide Room was next to freeway and very noisy. Light system is crazy. You have to leave your key card in light switch to keep lights turned on

Favorite Place to Stay

Great room, super clean. We have stayed here 4 times in the last two months. Close to Mayo clinic and great shopping and a variety of dining options nearby.

Great place to stay

I like the location, the breakfast is excellent. The beds are comfortable.

I like everything about the property. It’s a second time I stayed there. The only thing I didn’t like is the first room we got the toilet didn’t work and I had to change our rooms.

Too little for too much

the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

The facilities are extremely bare bones for a $200+ per night stay. We were on the 4th floor and upon check out after 2nights the entire 4th floor reeked of sewage for which the front desk knew nothing about. Having experience with other hotels offering a breakfast this was the most meager offering I’ve experienced.

an idiot that just didn't care at the front desk that refuses to call for help

I am out sure because I never got the room. I was greeted by a gentleman that didn't know what he was doing. kept giving me different prices to be put on the card. I didn't see anything about incidental charges in the property terms but kinda expected it. The desk attendant didn't know how to put the incidental on a different card. Ater several attempts and fees trying to move monies around I had hols on my card that wouldn't go through. Now I am trying to get a room at 10pm with holds on my card.
