Large clean rooms were nice.

Large parking lot for trucks, easy to access, it was clean and relatively quiet.

There was ongoing construction, but it isn’t necessarily a dislike. I can’t wait to see it updated.

Staff was not friendly, bed was so uncomfortable, pillows were awful, the curtain might as well had not even been up because we had full light all night long

Disappointing. I didn’t stay 2 nights. Left after one night. But staff couldn’t figure out how to refund my extra night.

Good location.

Property just sold. Staff couldn’t run the new software. Poor training. They were nice, but inept. Rooms were run down and dirty. I will never stay there again!

Practical with good selection of restaurants/shops on door step

A number of restaurants / shops next door to the hotel, also have access to a 24 hours Pharmacy (which also stocks just about everything else, food, clothes, etc), a Public House. Lots of amenities at the site.

Breakfast options were a bit limited, but functional. Hot Food wise there was scrambled egg, sausage patty and usual bagels/bread/toast. Coffee/Tea on hand. Plates were polystyrene, plastic knives/ forks and paper cups so all disposable, but all equally functional.

Close to mabee center, and the size

It is very outdated. A lot of water stains and bedding was stained. The room stunk so bad and the hallways.

Easy location to get in and out

Bathroom and shower showed signs of water damage (peeling wall paper around the walls). Pillows were flat and the room had bare minimum linens and blankets

Will choose a different property when next in South Tulsa

Location convenient to South Tulsa with some nice restaurants nearby.

Did not feel clean. Would not sit on sofa. Bed very uncomfortable and sheets felt itchy. Did not sleep well. Poor lighting.

Mostly great

Very comfortable, reasonably priced with the room block, enjoyed being able to use the comfortable lobby space for post-assembly conversation around shared bottles of wine.

Breakfast was chaotic - everybody was trying to eat breakfast at the same time on Saturday morning because it only opened at 7 a.m. and we all had to be at the assembly by 8. I also heard of one car break-in on the property from one of our assembly-goers.

Very good

Loved the location for the event that I attended, breakfast was good. Property and room was clean. Shower had great water pressure!

Toilet wouldn’t fill up after flushing, had to push down on bobber inside tank.

Family time

I liked the location, there were several restaurant choices within walking distance. The staff was my favorite part of the stay, they were so friendly and helpful.

The walls were thin it seemed like, we could hear doors shutting all throughout the night.

Breakfast was terrible, room wasn’t cleaned once after being there for 6 nights, staff were rude after asking if I can exchange some notes for coins to use the washing machine, pillows were terrible.

Tulsa staycation

I liked the location we were close to a lot of restaurants and shopping places. If we decided on a place most times it only took us about 8 to 10 minutes to get where we needed to go.

The hotel room was very basic and the bathroom has black mold by the door, the beds were very uncomfortable we tossed and turned all night. The shower was very hard to turn on and off the knob was hard to twist. The breakfast that was served seemed like it was from the day before as the biscuit were hard and didn't seem like anyone was making fresh food. Overall not a pleasant stay.

The Hotel is clean and quiet staff is friendly.

There is a maintenance problem I've stayed there twice and both timi the knob for bath tub had been tightened to stop water from dripping and was extremely difficult to turn on.and this time the pull up for the shower didn't work. I had to let water run in the tub and wash that way. Other than that my stay was perfect.

I did not enjoy how dirty the bedding was in the room. with a note saying that they do not wash the bedding unless you request it. disgusting!!! There literally was sex stains on one of the beds
