Great location and great price. Very nice breakfast served which was a nice bonus.
No parking although you do get a pass to park a few blocks away.

Great location, close to all main attractions. Cosy room and house, delicious breakfast and refreshing water at the reception. Expect an old wooden house that is well kept but it is still an old house.

Liked unique “Key West” vibe of house and outdoor areas. Convenient location close enough to Duval but far enough away so not a lot of people traffic and noise.
Continental breakfast over at 10AM. This is standard for a lot of bed & breakfast places, but wish available until at least 11am. Only ate breakfast there once for that reason. We are on vacation and like sleeping in a little!

Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated
Pool was not on property, some maintenance issues (small hole in bathroom floor), no early coffee service

Check in was easy. The room was cool when we came in , which was great because it was soo hot.
Parking was too far away.

Everything. The location was less than 5 minutes from Duval St. The room was beautiful and clean.
I missed scramble eggs on breakfast . But the food in general was good.

The room was very pretty and we loved having a little porch right outside our door, complete with comfy chairs and a little table. The receptionists were amazing! They took care of everything we needed from giving us ideas on where to go and directions, to getting a wheelchair delivered. They even provided towels for the Rose Lane Villa's pool.( We've stayed at Rose Lane before. )The breakfast was delicious. We loved eating breakfast in the quaint little courtyard, especially with the two roosters that kept us company! The breakfast staff was very helpful and cheerful. Everyone took care of us exceptionally well.
We would love to have had a microwave in the room, for all those doggie bags we had! Also, there was a drip coming from the awning that made a big wet spot in front of our door and dripped on us. No biggie, but rather annoying.

Beautiful old house. Great location. Love the cat and the staff was very accommodating.
Our room faced a Wendy's parking lot as did our little outside veranda. This became very loud at night and is not something I would expect from a room costing approximately $700 a night.

Breakfast was very good. Very nice people. Beach towels were a great addition.
Air conditioning was loud - as well as the house next door. Parking was further away than we thought.

We were so pleased with everything! The staff was welcoming and so accommodating. We arrived early and they made sure to get us checked into our room ASAP. The location is very close to Duval St, however, it was very quiet and perfectly located. We will definitely stay here again.

I personally really liked the staff. They genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. The girl serving breakfast was so good to each and everyone of us. Rachel at the front desk was so welcoming to us and not to mention the handsome cat Doc 😻Thank you to you all for making a wonderful Christmas for me and my family .
A king size bed 👌

This is a very cute bed and breakfast in a historic home. The staff there are all very nice and helpful. The location is great: walking distance to historic Port and 30 feet from Duval street. They offer breakfast daily and have beach towels and sunscreen available.
I was on the first floor, so there was a degree of noise as people are walking in and out. They do offer ear plugs, which I used to help with that.

The check in process was amazing! They provided assistance with carrying our luggage into the room and gave us extra towels for our stay. The staff was very friendly!
We stayed in the Veranda Room and it’s right by the front door. The first night was noisy from 12am-1:30am because people kept coming in and slamming the door. The second night was much better. If I stay at this Bed and Breakfast again, I will choose a different room. The Veranda Room is beautiful though!
