Nice hotel and would stay here again!

Huge and very comfortable room, friendly front desk staff, nice location, breakfast included, and the chocolate chip cookie treats! We didn’t use it but the pool looked nice.

Parking was $20/24 hrs and while its location was nice, it was a little further than I thought to UNC campus and Franklin St restaurants (20-30 min walk). A/c in the room was noisy.

Overbooked! Book somewhere else so you are not disappointed upon your arrival!

The air conditioning

The property was over booked when we arrived from a long haul flight from Australia for a 3 night stay. They could not accommodate us and sent us to another hotel for the first night and then we had to return to this property for the second and third night. I had booked the property a month before our stay. We were exhausted and so disappointed.

fine room, not happy with smell or lights in bathroom

we didn’t eat breakfast there. but it look good and fresh. coffee was good.

bedspread smelled of urine and light in bathroom to do my makeup didn’t work. they couldn’t fix till the next day. 200& is to much for a room that isint clean and lights not working. location was great for us.

A great staff with fantastic staff.

The staff make this hotel. Honestly, couldn’t fault them. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast and great location.

Good hotel if you are using UNC

The location was nice and the staff was friendly.

There is a $20 a day parking fee that is not found anywhere in the welcome messages or on booking.com which was a shock.

Awesome

Breakfast was way better than I expected. We were there for a concert at cats cradle and very close walking distance. Had an awesome taco truck across st at midnight for after event. Awesome place overall!!!

I don't have any complaints. Parking is however located only on floor 4 and above. Iy would have been nice to park on lower level as they were completely empty when I checked in and are for ppl attending local events as well as the hotel.

My stay was pleasant and I would stay at this hotel again. For the price it was a great value.

The location was excellent for my needs. I wanted to be close to Cat's Cradle for a concert. Being within walking distance of multiple bars and restaurants in Carrboro was very pleasant and convenient. They also allowed me to check in early which was awesome. All the staff were friendly and helpful, excellent service.

No fridge or microwave in the room. It would be nice to have even the tiniest fridge for convenience.

All of the staff at this location were so incredibly welcoming!

Blessing who was at the front desk and the staff at this hotel MADE the whole visit. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the customer service was the best. It was an incredibly busy weekend and the staff wasn't just kind, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They welcomed the kids and remembered us every time we came through the door.

NOT WORTH WHAT THEY CHARGE.

Not much at all. Not up to usual Hampton Inn standards

No refrigerator, safe or microwave in room. No cleaning services offered unless requested. $20 parking fee. No carts available and desk clerk shrugged and said “No one is returning them downstairs-you will just have to carry your luggage up yourselves.”. Shower curtain didn’t cover the tub area. Pillow case had makeup or blood on it.

For the price of the stay, breakfast should've had more meat than just hash...

I don't like hash, and that's the only meat ya'll had to eat, so I had to go and SPEND more money for BREAKFAST... didn't see any cereal either,..

We had wonderful service but for the price we felt like we needed the items listed above.

Breakfast was good. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the area was clean.

We would have liked to have a fan in our bathroom. We also are used to having a small refrigerator in our room. The room was small and we are used to having a sofa or a loveseat in our room.
