Overall the location out weighs all the other issues.

Closeness to the beach

Not having a tv in the bedroom. Also the beds were full size. Like having a larger bed. Tried to sleep on the pull out bed, that was located in the sofa, but it was broke.

Geniale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage ist genial, das Personal mega freundlich. John‘s Pass in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Strand ist 100 m entfernt. Preisleistung stimmt. Der Pool war beheizt.

Das Inn ist leider langsam in die Jahre gekommen. wir hatten zwar ein renoviertes Apartment, trotzdem würde es weitere Renovation benötigen.

Good stay!

Nice front office lady. Accommodating. The pool is nice. Lounging area as well. My room was nice and comfortable.

The gate to the pool area is locked at 10pm. Opens at 9a. Sucks it's locked bc you can't lounge around or use the chairs/tables to sit and enjoy outdoors.

Staff was friendly and unit was large

Our AC did not work well at all in the main rooms . This really put a damper on family dinners and evening hangouts. There were loud temp ac units in the bedrooms and our beachouse apartment was upstairs making it difficult for elderly family members. The bathroom and half bath were very small , tough to navigate with kids and we did a lot of getting ready in bedrooms, tough with cousins in and out. Unit was larger but waaaay too hot to enjoy :( we were told at check in that the AC would be fixed during their upcoming remodel :( this made us feel very mislead ....I have asthma and we really needed good central air. There was also a distinctive moldy smell and our bathrooms always smelled I think also due to the AC issue. I honestly would have asked for a partial refund or spent a night elsewhere if we hadn't book over 6 months ago for our family reunion....bummed out big time

Good but not great

The cleanliness of the room. The overall set up and feel of the place along with very nice and helpful staff.

It was noisy. The toilet kept refilling through the night. I kept hearing loud cars passing by and the A/C turning on was noticeable.

Living room and kitchen was ok as well as the bedroom.

No clean washcloths not many channels had to use hand towels the bathroom was very outdated the towels were old and had bleach stains was very dissatisfied for the price you would think it would have been better also the manager said she would match the price which she did not

Perfect lil Gem

Perfect area, apartment spotless. The receptionist gave me a tour of the grounds. The apartment had all the amenities I needed. I wish I could have stayed longer. But I'm a traveling nurse. I didn't want to move each weekend it was full.

Was disappointed that they did not have clean washcloths only hand towels on both days and for the price should nor have to shower with hand towels also the hot water kept going out couldn't take a nice hot shower kept being cold.

perfect!

treasure island has a lot to do, this property is at the base of the Johns Pass bridge and it’s a beautiful walk across the bridge to John’s Pass shops. These rooms are kept exceptionally clean and brand new. The outside pool is heated and you’re only a 200 foot walk to the beach steps and you get on the beach within 50 feet compared to almost a mile walk the rest of the hotels and motels down here. We absolutely loved the twins end in well. Be back soon until all of our friends about y’all, thank you so much for a wonderful couple nights, now, we must head back to Cape Coral to normal life. Lol. 🤪

Belinda was very helpful in ensuring we got checked in OK even though we arrived after office hours and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded room. The property is very close to the beach and the pool was very nice. The sofa bed was comfortable. Appreciated the availability of beach towels.

No complaints. Would stay here again.
