Delightful place and grounds. Loved breakfast. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed for dinner on the night we stayed.
4.5
Very comfortable and quaint.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The food was excellent .
Couldn’t wait for breakfast every day. Loved all the flowers and herbs around.
Keep hitting my toes on the bed frame
Since it stuck out and concealed from my veiw
Too much light came into windows while sleeping.
Chairs at table seemed like they need reinforcement
Also furniture could use steam cleaning.
4.5
Beautiful country setting, lovely room and super-comfortable bed, responsive and friendly staff, and the best baguette with my delicious breakfast that I have ever had - even in Paris!
Couldn't figure out how to use the TV.

Service was excellent. Room was comfortable.
Bathroom in room was difficult to use for cleanup and dressing. Bathroom need more shelf space and/or a small table to be able to store/use personal toiletries.
4.5
Beautiful historic property from the mid-1700s. wonderful restaurant and bar. Service was top-notch.
I liked everything about it
4.5
Friendly staff and nice dining room and bar.
Room and especially the bathroom were tired and in desperate need of redecoration. Paint peeling off walls in the bathroom and overall grubby feel. Restaurant was ridiculously overpriced ($48 for Steak Frites and $55 for cheese course!) so we decided to eat elsewhere.

We were staying at the property one night for a Wedding which was on site. The staff was excellent, food was great at the Wedding and for our breakfast.
Although this is a small B&B property, it would have been nice if there were more options available for people with handicaps and disabilities as well as alternative food choices for folks with dietary restrictions. There may have been alternatives available, but we did not see any information suggesting there were.

Meals were 5 star, rooms beautiful and cozy. Loved it all!

The breakfast was delicious. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.
The bed was very high and, while not uncomfortable, it wasn’t my favorite. All things considered, a very minor thing.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay.
My wife ordered sea bass for dinner. When the plate arrived, the fish was still almost frozen in the middle. They took it away, reheated the same piece of fish, and brought it back. This time it was not much better, still inedible. I am not sure why the chef would not check the temperature, especially when they use frozen fish. I ordered the lamb, which again was almost raw in the middle.

Food was amazing!
Fridge didn’t work.

We did not realize that the inn has two locations. One is directly at the property where the bar and restaurant is located. the other is about 4 miles down the road. I would recommend that you stay directly at the Inn. There is no bar or food service at the other location except breakfast on weekends and it is a bit remote. There is a beautiful pool and outside lounge area. The rooms are fine and well appointed, but very expensive for the limited services available.
The restaurant at the Inn is fabulous, and the food and services are incredible. Our dining experience was wonderful.

So cozy and amazing.
Wish the seating area by the tv was a little more comfy in the room

Delicious food, wonderful friendly service, table separated by greater than 8 feet

Comfortable bed, nice house, and good breakfast.
Expensive and Location a bit out of the way.
4.5
The breakfast was outstanding, the proprietors were fun, very involved, and exceptionally competent. A beautiful property, with outstanding food, and wine list. Also, don't miss the designer cocktails at the bar!
I kept tripping over the step up / step down levels in our room. My bad, but an accent strip at the edges to make them more visible might prevent injuries. Also, Boyce VA is a bit of a bummer, but Winchester is a short drive away and was fun.

5 star service, beautiful property and amazing food & wine. Highly recommend this beautiful property!!

The staff was excellent,attentive,flexible,...
The breakfast was topquality.
The swimming pool 3 miles from the main building was inconvenient.

The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The room with the steam was wonderful.
There were no disappointments.

Beautiful Inn with lovely rooms, good beds and shower. Breakfast was really nice and we had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent! Highly recommend this place!

One night the fire alarm went off. VERY loud for 30 minutes or so before someone came to shut it off.

The property is lovely. I wish they would have told us about the fire pit out back. We didn’t see it until we were leaving. Beautiful grounds. Well-maintained
I didn’t realize the property sits right off of a main road where trucks traveled somewhat frequently
