Have nothing I need good to say about this place

This place denied me and my family from buying a room even though they charged me 4 times for a room and still somehow couldn't find my payment

When ever I come into town it will always be my home away from home!

I like everything the staff are amazing! Kudos to Whitney with the warm welcoming!

Uitstekende accommodatie

Fijne, comfortabele, stille kamer. Ook vriendelijk personeel.

Er is niets tegengevallen. Realiseer wel dat er in de de directe omgeving niet zo veel te doen is. Maar met een auto zit je zo in de natuurparken voor een mooie walking trail.

Room very nice, personnel very helpful, need to train check in clerks.

Very clean and mostly quiet room. Great breakfast and great breakfast personnel.

Check in clerk was not very knowledgeable about Booking.com process and payment. She also spoke so low I could not hear her most of the time. Took almost 15 minutes to check in and she could not print me a bill when we were leaving.

I will not stay there again

I stayed there for three nights and wanted to leave as soon as I got there. When I arrived my room was already canceled because it was after midnight. They had me down as a no show when on my reservation I stated will be arriving late due to me traveling from Texas. Reservation was reinstated. Went to my room it had a smell and rust on all things metal room 202 or 2002 all the way at the end of the hall. I didn’t complain at all. I checked in early Friday morning. Friday afternoon the tv stopped working but we were leaving so I didn’t worry much about it may be an outage. Friday night coming back to the room tv was still not working. I asked front desk if I can check out (it was too much) early and how much I would be charged and he stated full amount since I booked through a third party so I stayed. I called front desk and they said maintenance will come in the morning. Saturday morning around 11 I called front desk again to see what time they were coming and was informed maintenance hadn’t come in and I don’t have to be there. Then was given the option to change rooms. I changed rooms and stayed the rest of my reservation but I will not stay there again.

Our stay was not at all what we would expected !

the location

tv had lines , we were on the top floor and we are senior citizens ! the toilet was broken we had to fix it ! they were kids running done the hall and slamming doors all night ! and then the breakfast was horrible both morning ! the staff was not attentive to having to keeping the food filled ! even when I asked about it ! it was not a good time at all !

Great stay in a conveniently located hotel.

the location was perfect for what we were doing. it was a quick drive to all of the surrounding tourist attractions that we visited. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was a huge hit with my family. There was something for everyone.

One of the beds in our double bed red was quite uncomfortable.

Very good

Josh is an incredible asset to your front desk staff. He is always friendly and a pleasure to talk with. This location was extremely close to our family.

Price was a little steep. Breakfast was served a few days during our stay, but not all of the days. Our bathroom door looked like someone put their fist thru it.

for a quick overnight stay it was fine. would not do extended stay due to noise levels and no monitoring of pool capaci

staff was friendly- location was perfect - near everything we needed to grab for our cruise next day

very noisy, very late into the night pool way too crowded and rambunctious - our child could not get in because we were afraid she’d get hurt. no monitoring at all

Highly disappointing for the price

The inside pool and whirlpool were the ONLY redeeming quality.

First the lobby smelled old and moldy. We arrived and hour and 15 minutes after check in time (3:00 pm) to be told our room had not been cleaned. I explained to desk clerk we had driven 5 hours and were really ready to relax. he asked to give them 30 minutes and they would give us a discount (which was much appreciated). we gave them 45 minutes to be sure. checked in, got to our room and it was hastily, hastily cleaned. There was hair in the bathroom floor and the tables had been wiped, but whatever they wiped up was smeared on table. The bathroom floor turned my socks black. the bed was so wrinkled it looked as if someone had jumped on it. The couch and chair were very worn and the arms were slick with dirt/sweat/food? we had three towels and when I went down and asked for more the next morning, they didn’t have any. Same with clean linens for pull out sofa bed.

Made me miss my house.

For being an older hotel, it was clean despite the obvious aging. Nice area, nice staff.

Noisy neighbors in all directions, someone smoking in their room & smell filled our room, damp room with super firm mattress, cold showers.
