It's an extended stay which means basically an apartment in a hotel, very convenient if your on a longer business trip and want to live like at home with cooking and doing laundry. The staff is nice and helpful, on the ground floor there's also a small "marketplace" always stuffed with basic stuff in case you need it and don't want to go to a shopping centre.

Basically nothing... maybe the location is a bit boring, the nearest town centre is Austintown, but you have to take the car everywhere you go anyway...

hmmm the property was mostly clean. I liked the kitchenette in the room and the library you could check books out of in the lobby.

1. we checked in at midnight, the commode wouldn’t flush without almost running over. they did fix that 2. the coffee pot was only half there. most of the parts were missing. they fixed that 3. our keys didn’t work on the second day. no they were not near a cell phone . they fixed that 4. they never cleaned the room. we were there 2 nights. no we didn’t put the “catch us later” sign out as we wanted the room cleaned since we only had 1/4 roll of bathroom tissue. we went and got another roll 5. twice I waited over 10 mins each time for a person to show up at the front desk… second time I gave up and left 6. there was no breakfast, not even a banana… not a deal breaker for me, but… if I pay $367.00 for 2 nights, I’d think they would have “something”. 7. the bathroom vanity had moldy caulking, where there was caulking, most had been pulled up. wish I’d thought to get pics it’s room 201 if that helps so… I took notes, and learned my lesson. the cheaper hotels are 98% of the time cleaner and over all just plain better. so much for wanting to stay at nice hotel this weekend

Booked for 2 beds only got one bed had to use a rollaway bed

Too many kids in pool area running and jumping in and being loud

No complimentary breakfast. Was upset about that.

Drain was clogged in tub so standing water when you showered.Handle broken on cabinet door in kitchen. Rusted utensils.The room could have been cleaner..Some outlets not working.

What is there to not like about Candlewood Suites? In my opinion they are about the best hotel chain around! The location of this one is ideal. Lots of restaurants, stores, banks, even a Walmart and a casino are within a short drive, minutes away. And a truckstop and mini mart are across the street.

Price!! A year or two ago I paid $80-99 a night here. Tonight's stay was $124!!! And the charge for a dog is $75+tax! Luckily, I didn't bring mine. Also, this hotel seems to be slipping a little as far as quality goes. My bathroom light over the sink was burned out and the ceiling light barely lit the room. I didn't discover this til about 10 pm. I called the front desk and as luck would have it a good guy was on duty. He came right down and was able to replace the 4 ft fluorescent tube right away. No offense ladies, but if a gal had been manning the front desk I can almost guarantee the bulb would not have been replaced til the next day, by a maintenance man. It's over the sink and the guy had to stand on the toilet to get at it!

Room missing soap and gel container in shower was broken. Shower curtain smelled of mildew. No breakfast. Charged $75 per night for pet. Somewhat dirty. Won’t ever stay at one of these again.

The location, the price and the service was great.

The pillows and whoever was in the room next to us must have had kids cause the were running and jumping at all hours but they were just being kids

The room was very clean we have stayed here before and will stay again.

There was a lot of noise on our floor a lot of running and jumping in the next room it sounded like kids.

Fast easy friendly check in.

Space in the room was great as well as the full size fridge.

Only issue we had was the noise from no 300 above us. It was consistant every night. We were also misled as to availability of free breakfast which was completely nonexistant.

Great price, location, friendly staff, and bed was super comfortable
