Hyatt prices but certainly not a Hyatt Hotel

Location was great

Not a Hyatt hotel but charged as if it were. Repurposed from business traveling days but not for tourists. Old and not updated. Tiny bathrooms with no privacy, beds crammed in a corner, indifferent staff, tiny lobby with kitchen furniture spilling over into lobby, views of cleaning pantry from lobby and just generally stale. Extremely overpriced!!!

Comfortable, good location

Honestly, the room wasn't really clean. There was obvious dust, there was some hair in the shower, the mirror was streaked (badly streaked, looked like a wet rag was swipped over it and dried). The advertised grab & go selection very limited. I was promised a bill would be emailed ... still waiting.

Breakfast was poor and the staff who was in charge, it appears to have a very poor actitud. He was not friendly and when ask for something he just walk off.

Will not stay again

Bed was very uncomfortable and wore out. The floors were very dirty hadn't been vacuunmee shower had hair in it couldn't get shower to change to bathtub .trash on floor.

the overall experience was not to satisfying I expected more

there was a lot of construction, the beds were too small for a family size when asked for a microwave we never got one even though the room should of come with one elevators should be maintenance and check because they felt a bit bumpy when going up

Exceptional

It was quiet even with families there.

The room wasn’t made up when we were gone. it is always nice to come back to a room that is cleaned. They didn’t check on us once. Also, the front desk agent blew into the envelope before putting the key cards into it. With all that is going around I didn’t like him blowing his germs into the envelope!

Good for very short stays

Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good.. common areas were clean

Stayed four nights with no maid service. Were told the policy was to clean after 3 days. Fourth day we got no service. As we told them on the moening of day four, we really need trash emptied but nothing happened. There was food in the refridgerator from a previous guest.We were given clean towels but had to go to desk to get them. I would not recommend for more than a couple of nights. The cleaning policy needs to be on the reservation page. Many places have retjurned to daily services The hotel is nesr the airport and other hotels and not much else.

The elevator seems like it was gonna fall apart… the room was nasty burn marks in the carpet… the light above the sink didn’t work… just very terrible
