This place was amazing. The hotel had everything you could ask for including bikes. The property was in a fantastic location right in town and was just amazing. Breakfast was good and the staff was super helpful and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay.

The bathroom was recently remodeled
The room was a little dated. There was a broken light fixture and stains on the carpet.

The GM was so pleasant and upgraded me to the most beautiful room - felt like a princess
Breakfast was spot on and the location of the hotel is amazing.
No one was at the front desk and the restaurant staff was helpful to a point, but because they are in a different department could assist on certain stuff.

Everything was perfect
At my arrival there was nobody at the lobby of the hotel. I had to wait 50 minutes for somebody to help me to get my room.

It was nice with a good selection of items.
The room was very comfortable and we loved the shower it was huge!! A very unique design.
The restaurant was lovely and the little dining houses on the patio were so wonderful.
It would have been nice to know that so many things were closed in the area.
We did enjoy walking around seeing the town.

Good
Like a hot breakfast
Coffee and pastries were nice
We got there Friday at ? 630 ish
Checkin Was closed so we walked across the street to the sister property, which was fine but I would have pushed harder to arrive earlier if I had known the checkin closed so early. Also it is January in Maine so low season , but restaurant / bar at the hotel closed at 8 —early for a Friday and Saturday night. ( they seemed quite busy - I thought 9 might have been more appropriate as a closing time)

Everything. Room, restaurant, staff, location
Only one luggage cart and it was at another property.

location was excellent. parking was available.
there was no human contact at all. No one even checked to see if you needed anything. The breakfast was minimal with terrible coffee. The room was small with a full bed . There was no area in the hotel other than a roof deck to sit and relax. Really disappointed for the price we payed. It was such a drastic change from the beautiful accommodations we had in Bar Harbor.

We were here on anniversary weekend, we did have a good time, and it’s a super cute town. We plan to come back in the next few years due to my wife falling in love with the area.
Cont breakfast was ho-hum, the view would have been good if given the choice to pick from main building or second site. Stairs way too narrow, no elevator option. Room accommodations were picturesque on website. No so much in person. We will definitely find a different place to stay next visit.

They should advertise two different hotels in the Booking.com.
The hotel has 2 different building and isn’t clear at the moment you book. You feel like being cheated.

Room was small for the value . We paid the same price as our friends. They had a larger bed and room

location. breakfast.
thin walls; first night a neighbor located a stairwell away knocked and asked us to turn down our tv that we felt were at a very reasonable level. she was very nice about it and not mad at all; we actually chatted for quite a bit the following morning and made friends.

Very good
The key did not work into the annex and had to get a pass key. The internet display gave no indication that there was an annex with limited views. Very misleading

Good location, downtown Kennebunckport. Walk to everything. Restaurant convenient.
Tiny room with no bathtub, no outdoor seating or indoor seating for house guests. Only seats where public bench seats along the street. No area for coffee, tea, snacks, no ice machine. Breakfast non existent. I do not recommend and will never return. Very inadequate

Very nice shower. Nice view. Excellent location to reach various merchants and two nice restaurants. Room was clean.
Bed was horribly hard. Bashed toes on bed foot board multiple times. Chairs not comfortable. A/C sounds like a jet engine. Replenishment card ignored. Tea was not an option, just coffee.

Loved being on the wharf even though it rained Mon Tues and Wed. Room was comfortable and well decorated. Would have liked a small refrigerator. Housekeepers were great. Also enjoyed the breakfast bag every morning. Desk personel were excellent and the food at Boathouse restaurant was delicious.
Would have liked a small refrigerator in the room and a little more space for clothes.
