Property was a little dated however it was clean and friendly

It was clean, convenient, and staff was friendly. No bed bugs is always a plus

I would’ve been better off paying the extra money for a better hotel. This room shouldn’t have been rented. Yuck!

Sink was clogged, outlets didn’t work, lamp almost shocked me when I turned it on, patch on the wall from unfinished drywall work, bed was so uncomfortable, tried to call front desk to make a complaint and the phone didn’t work, dirty, sink clogged and pieces of scum kept rising when used.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. I would not stay here again due to the room issues.

Breakfast was minimal, but it was ok for one meal.

My NON-SMOKING room was right next to the smoking area. Literally, people were smoking right outside my door! Smoke came into my room and I had to go through the fog to get onto and our of my room. My room had a very nasty odor that made sleeping difficult.

We’ve stayed here last year nothing has changed .

Easy check in

Arrive for breakfast at 830 there was nothing left . Hair dryer in room didn’t work.

Not a safe area

We've stayed at this hotel over the years of traveling back and forth to Florida. Every year we see it slowly deplete in it's appearance, cleanliness and staff friendliness. It's so convenient since it's located right of I95.

This most recent trip was very upsetting. The hotel charged an additional $50 for security deposit. You do get it back after your stay if nothing is wrong with the room. What? Why wasn't this mentioned in the booking with booking.com. Is it because the area is now very sketch with people hanging out until ungodly hours of the night in back of the hotel? Needless to say if you want to feel safe don't stay here!!

The bed was comfy. the room actually looked nice.

As soon as we entered you had the aroma of must & bleach assault your senses . We booked online arrived late & were leaving in the very early hours of the morning so we basically were stuck. We always carry room freshener so we sprayed.

Went to the room they assigned to me and there was someone already in there. The jacuzzi in the room

The location was fine.

I wanted to sleep in as long as I could but made sure I got there just before 9:00 which is when they were supposed to stop the breakfast. However they had already put it away and when I asked for them to bring it back out she was quite upset.

refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out before my arrival

location was great

there was a reusable heat/cold cloth compress left in the refrigerator from a previous stay which let me know that the refrigerator was not cleaned before my stay. I was called 2 hours after I started for my trip that no two bed handicapped accessible room was available, the hotel was telling me I had to call booking to cancel but I was already on the road to their location; a shower chair was placed in the room for me before I arrived but it was too big to fit in the tub. I nearly fell trying to step out the tub. The front desk receptionist had to try to register guest and room the breakfast area and the process was slow because she was busy. The same front desk clerk was the person to come get the item left in the refrigerator , never apologized for the mishap or offered any type of compensation. The walls are very thin, could hear every conversation on both sides of the room.

Needed up dating, a few pictures would help. Also noisy, someone had a tv on all night! A lot of traffic noice also.
