Hidden Gem In Torrance

Clean, quiet and private. Large comfy rooms. Did not hear a soul the whole time.

Alright but I’ve had better

The rooms are older but clean.

The check-in process needs improvement. Guests must wait until exactly 3 pm to check-in, even if the room is readily available or pay $50 for early check-in. If they would have immediately checked me in at 3 pm, I wouldn’t have an issue with this; however, since there was a line of guests all trying to check-in at exactly 3 pm, I was in line for 28 minutes! So technically although checkin was 3 pm, I was checked in until 3:30 pm. Most hotels have some flexibility with their check-in hours, not only as a courtesy to guests but also to avoid long waiting periods for guests to check-in. When I initially arrived I only saw one employee checking guests in but eventually a second employee assisted. If you’re on a tight schedule and can’t wait until after 3:30 pm to check-in, don’t stay here. The front desk staff was ok, provided the service that was required but didn’t go above and beyond to welcome guests. The hotel itself is old and the bed wasn’t very comfortable but at least it was clean. Although the hotel itself is ok, I won’t return to this hotel due to their check-in policy.

Been here a few times now. Great, for all the right reasons. Only thing is wifi could be a lot better.

Wifi, really needs to be upgraded. It barely even works. Can not access a single site. It worth to even try to use.

Decent but dirty

The breakfast in the bag was nice, not great but I can’t complain. The TV was probably the best part of the room. It’s well lit on the property at night which makes me feel safer. Front Desk seemed friendly.

Dirty. They do the minimum when cleaning the rooms. Floors were sticky, desks and tables weren’t wiped down, the toilet had hair on it. The windows didn’t block out much. Ice bucket was GROSS, like it hadn’t been cleaned recently. The front door has a small gap that lets in hot/cold air and bugs and the door handle was sticky. WIFI didn’t work.

it was wonderful and I would say overall one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was very welcoming and help

Extremely clean and well equipped! Price was great and bed was comfy and rooms were very nice. The young lady who picked us up from the airport, also worked the front desk and brought a baby bed to our room, was awesome. Forgot her name Darnit, as this young lady is management material and represented the hotel beautifully!!!💕

We were in a regular and not handicapped room and the toilet was extremely low and hard to sit down on and then stand up and no rails to hold onto. The flooring in the pool area was extremely slippery when it got wet and I was so afraid I was going to fall in the area. But the pool area, pool, & jacuzzi were so clean and enjoyable!
