The outside bonfires, the lawn games, the tent with music, and the outside food chalet, etc.

Quiet
No water in the evening. Nothing coming out of the hot water faucet or shower every evening. Extremely low water pressure to try to take a shower. Trickle at best. Front desk closes at 8PM so there is no one to answer the problem. For the upscale price for this hotel very disappointing. Ended up taking showers at state park of site.

Great location, outdoor pool, diverse staff.
The condos are in serious need of updating. Very run down, wallpaper peeling off the walls, dirty couch (full of crumbs and, etc), awful and very dusty decor, bed was very springy. I expected so much more considering what I paid. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment.

Great townhome, had everything we needed. Very clean and quiet.
Very low to the ground toilet and small shower.

Location was great; close to the Sweetwater Shakedown music festival.
We were told check in was 4:30 pm, but couldn’t get into our room until 7:00 pm. This was unacceptable as we waisted a big part of our vacation day waiting for our room to be cleaned so that we could get into it. The guy at the front desk finally cleaned our room for us so we could get in.

close to ski hill
parking was horrible, pool was not easy to get to, overpriced, room wasn’t ready for hours past check in time, rude staff

Being on property and the shuttle service was great.
Ski in and out was a bit more difficult that one would think.
The waffle bar, with limited hours, was a bit ridiculous. Such limited hours and an entire property to eat, just not the best.

Only two waffle makers caused a long line and wait. Would recommend them opening it earlier (7:30a) to spread out attendance. Need more parking options too.

Location was great. Breakfast was self-serve waffles. They were good. Coffee was good, and I really appreciated the hot cider in the evening. I loved talking to the international staff.
The website needs to be improved. There were facilities there such as an indoor pool and hot tub, which were not listed on the website, so I didn’t bring my swim suit. I couldn’t find whether rooms had dishes or not. They need more information about places to cross country ski, hike and snow shoe on the facility web site. You should let the staff ski without paying so that they get to know the offerings better.

We loved the location and the ambiance of the place. The temperature of the room was too hot. Maybe because of being on the 3rd floor. Moguls restaurant was great! Enjoyed the fitness room and loved skiing at Lutsen!
Instead of just a shower, a bathtub would've been nice.

The location is perfect and offers shuttle to the ski area.
After coming back from a day of snowboarding, it would be nice to have ability to dry off my mittens and boots. The room did not have these amenities even though it's a ski resort.. Disappointing

The room needs a major updating. The room was so small we didn't have room to put away any of our clothes, we lived out of our suitcases, which took up precious space. The person upstairs sounded like a giant walking around, all day and all night. You need to highlight the size of the room to anyone considering staying.

There was no breakfast, since you asked. I liked that the beds were comfortable.
I didn't like that after starting to wash my face at 8:30 am the hot water disappeared and I had to wash in cold. That night I took a shower at 10 pm but the water would be hot for a few minutes, then turn quite cold, then lukewarm--several times. Not fun. I lodged a complaint with the front desk but never heard back.

Nice location to get North or South, lots of adventures to find in the area. Rooms are comfortable. Head up the hill alittle more for a great view!
The hotel is nice, a bit outdated. Had a smell, but housekeeping sprayed cleaner that helped. One lady at front desk, super nice, but overworked/alone- stood around waiting. No stairs! had to go up and down steps to get to pool and ice, etc. Restaurant closed our entire stay, outdoor pool was cold. Jacuzzi inside, nice - but needs window blinds, that sun is so bright.
